To Be Yours Again novel (Alec and Jenny)

Chapter 1203 I Know You've Got It Covered

"Has everything been arranged? Do you need my help?" Alec asked while eating the lunch Jenny had brought.

Jenny shook her head. "There's no need for that. If I can't handle Eric in Bardoff City, then my family wouldn't be one of the Ten Elites."

"Okay, alright. It's your call. Just remember, if you can't resolve it, let me know. I've got your back." He didn't make any decisions for Jenny without her consent because he knew she didn't like that.

Jenny nodded, but she didn't dwell on the topic. After having lunch with Alec in his office, she didn't linger any longer and left the company, knowing that he would get busy again.

When Vincent came in shortly after Jenny left, he could still see the smile lingering on Alec's face. "Mr. Faust," he said, "I received news that Eric is on a flight to Bardoff City."

Alec's expression turned serious. He didn't intend to leave the situation alone. "Send some people to the Walters and let Jenny coordinate them as she pleases." Although he wouldn't interfere, Alec wouldn't stay completely uninvolved. He figured he could be helpful by providing her assistance.

Nodding, Vincent added, "Previously, you hired Julian and Isabelle. They have been here for a while now, and based on the feedback so far, they are doing well."

"Good, keep an eye on them. If they show potential, invest more in their development," Alec said. Jenny's proposal had helped him find a solution.

While he didn't mind being a bit busier from time to time, he didn't want to be busy forever. Handing the company over to people he trusted would be the path he would have to take in the future.

After listening to Vincent's report on recent company news and ensuring that there were no major issues, Alec finally felt relieved. Everything was returning to normal, and soon he wouldn't be so busy every day.

Alec and Jenny received news that Eric had arrived in Bardoff City at the same time. Hence, she didn't go to the hospital in the afternoon for work but returned to Walter Castle. Although she was confident in her plan, she knew she had to be cautious when facing a madman like Eric.

"Jenny," Graham called as soon as she arrived. He pulled her aside and whispered, "You know that Eric has come to Bardoff City, right?"

"Yes, I've already received the news." She nodded, rather surprised by her father. "Wow, you're quite well-informed."

"I've managed the Walter family for decades. Do you think I'm not capable of doing this?" Graham rolled his eyes at her. Although he had delegated most of the Walter family's authority to Jenny, he still had some people under him.

Jenny paid his words no mind. With a smile, she said, "Of course you are. I know you've got it covered, but you don't have to worry about Eric. I've already made all the arrangements. If he dares to make a move, I guarantee he won't leave unscathed."

"Well, I know you have everything arranged. I was just asking," Graham replied, not too worried about it.

While the two of them were talking, Lynette was sitting silently on the second floor. Although she couldn't tell what they were discussing, she figured that it was probably related to Eric.

Given the timeline, Eric was probably back from his business trip, and he might already be on his way to Bardoff City.

Although she knew how powerful the Walters were and how capable Jenny was, she couldn't help feeling anxious as she hadn't divorced Eric yet.
