The Alphas’ P**n Star Mate

Chapter 120 – The Alphas’ Porn Star Mate

My mouth dropped. Cruel doesn't even begin to describe what Jamie just said that Luna did. "Did.... Did the Alpha not care?" "He didn't know," Alexi said. "She kept it a secret. She was the Beta's daughter and wanted to be Luna her entire life."

"She wanted her cake and to eat it too," Beau scoffed. "The bitch was a master at manipulation. What she couldn't manipulate to go her way, she threw out commands to get whatever she wanted." He tossed the phone back to Lenny with a stony expression. "I hated her." "We all did," Alexi gripped his shoulder.

"All of us except Boyd," Beau said in a defeated tone.

"It sounded like he hated her," Lenny said. "He got his ass kicked for saying as much."

"Yeah, but she is his fated mate," Beau's hard expression focused on Lenny. "We ran away for a reason. That woman commanded us to bend to her disgusting will, but she never had to command Boyd. I'm scared of what will happen if we leave him there for much longer!" "He won't betray us," Jamie said. "He never did."

"No, but it isn't us he would be betraying." Beau looked over at Mick, and then me. "He already didn't like you, and it was a blow to his ego when you both turned out to be her mates."

"But we love her," I said. "She's our goddess gifted mate. If he cared about Chloe at all, wouldn't he be happier that we love her, given all that his fated mate put him through?"

"It's because of all his fated mate put him through that he hates both of you. Just for being Alphas. He thought he found someone in Chloe that had a reason to hate Alphas as much as he did." Beau pulled out a chair and sank into it, looking defeated.

"Are you saying that he might betray us just because of his hate for me? Because of resentment about something that had nothing to do with him to begin with, Boyd might choose to help someone who actually wronged him?" Mick was fuming, steam practically blowing from his nostrils as Rome pushed forward inside of him.

Beau smiled sadly. "He's fucked up, Mick. He's not always right in the head."

"And you brought him to my pack?!" I snarled. I looked at Rodger with accusation. "You knowingly brought a rogue fucked in the head to my pack, knowing he was a fucking danger to my mate?"

Jamie scoffed. "That's a fucking stretch. We all came here to protect Chloe. It's not Boyd's fault he was kidnapped."

"The Alpha is right," Rodger said, looking guiltily at me. "I'm sorry, Alpha Miles. The responsibility of Boyd fell on me. I should have paid better attention."

Winnie stood abruptly from the table, making his chair loudly fall back to the floor. "You are all acting like he did something wrong already! All that he did was get himself taken by a crazy whore, and he's already gotten beaten up! There were pictures proving he's not done anything yet!" "But he could," I growled. "His own closest friends admit it."

"BUT HE HASN'T!" Winnie stomped and screamed. "You can't accuse a victim! It's not right! He's not here to defend himself!"

Cindy reached out and soothingly ran a hand down Winnie's arm, like he was trying to tame a cat. I guess that was essentially what he was doing.

"Winnie is right, you know," Cindy looked pointedly at me. "If we get down to it, Chloe is the reason Boyd was taken in the first place. He hasn't done anything wrong, besides obsessing over a taken woman. That is far from a crime, and doesn't paint the picture of a villain quite yet. I think one thing we can agree on right now is that we need to get Boyd out of there before anything does happen."

"He's not coming back here," I growled. "I'm not putting my pack and my mate at risk."

"Then we're not staying here," Alexi glared at me. "If Boyd isn't welcome, neither are we." "Now, hold on," Rodger held up his hands. "That's not-"

"We're not abandoning Boyd!" Winnie growled.

"So you would rather abandon Chloe!?" I retorted.

"Chloe has two mates and an entire pack now," Beau said. "Boyd will have no one without us."

"No one is abandoning anyone!" Mick stood up and said loudly, his voice commanding. "Boyd is not the issue right now and even if I don't always like the guy, he is still family. We're not abandoning anyone in our family." Mick looked down at me. "He isn't the problem. Right now, his old pack and Mr. Smith are the issue, and we're going to save Boyd before we do anything else."

"What if he betrays us?!" I snapped.

Mick shook his head. "I don't think he will."

"What if he does?" Beau asked, looking unsure. "What would you say then if Boyd started singing and telling those pricks everything he knows."

Mick scoffed. "Considering he doesn't know much, absolutely nothing. Boyd wasn't really a great confidant in this pack."

"They wouldn't have taken him if they didn't think they could use him," Winnie argued, glaring at me every few seconds. His pupils are thin slits, like a cat's. He was getting so worked up that even his tail and ears had come out. His tail was swishing angrily behind him. "It sounds to me like this Luna is off her rocker," Billy said. "Maybe she wanted him back for some reason."

"I was thinking that too," Darren rubbed his large hand on Billy's shoulder, using him as an arm rest. "What if their goal wasn't to use Boyd to get to Chloe, but the Luna was using Mr. Smith and the bounty to get her hands on Boyd?"

"No," Jamie pressed his lips together, shaking his head. "Why would she? She's mated to Alpha Ford."

"Why was she using us in the first place even though she was mated to him?" Alexi looked at Jamie. "That never made sense to me. It was like she couldn't let Boyd go."

Lenny was sitting back in his chair, thinking deeply about something when he asked, "You said that your Luna didn't reject Boyd before taking her chosen mate?"

Beau shook his head. "No. Boyd felt it the entire time during the mating ceremony. He wouldn't have felt pain like that if she rejected him."

"Did they sleep together before?" Lenny raised his brows.

"Well, yeah."

"And Boyd was still obsessed with her, I'm guessing. You said he didn't need to be commanded."

"Yeah, man. Jeez. What does that matter?" Jamie snapped.

"It matters because they may have partially bonded before she could take her chosen mate," I said, following Lenny's train of thought. "That would prevent her from fully mating her Alpha."
