Salute To The General

Chapter 3141

After taking a moment to recover from their shocked state, Hepburn and the others cheered happily. The fear that Hawthorn had instilled in them by defeating Brenton was completely gone in an instant.

The vampires watching in the distance all had gloomy looks on their faces.

Aaryan's face clouded over as he just realized Nathan and his small group of soldiers were among the members of the Curia.

It wasn't until he eyed Nathan's men from head to toe that he noticed the Eurasian military uniforms they were wearing.

"Are you guys from Eurasia?" Aaryan asked with a slight frown.

"Yes, we are," Nathan replied coldly.

Aaryan let out a sinister chuckle. "Heh... You Eurasians sure are a nosy bunch! I killed two thousand of your soldiers two days ago. Their bodies are scattered all around you. What do you think you can achieve with that tiny group of yours?"

"Aaryan, you creatures of darkness just don't know when to quit, huh? Do you even realize who you're talking to? He's Mr. Cross, the God of War of Eurasia! He's the one who killed Vivien! Do you really think you have what it takes to defeat him? If you surrender peacefully, we might just consider keeping your corpse intact!" Hepburn retorted defiantly.

The God of War of Eurasia? Mr. Cross? Is that Nathan Cross?

Aaryan's pupils constricted as he stared at Nathan in fear.

Even his subordinates were starting to panic as they whispered among themselves.

None of them were expecting to face Nathan, the one human that vampires regarded as their most powerful enemy.

The bondslaves, too, were staring blankly at each other as they wondered what was going on.

Due to the impurity of their bloodlines, these low-level bondslaves were nowhere near the vampires' level of strength and intelligence.

Most of them were only capable of killing and feeding by tapping into their beast-like instincts.

Because it was in their DNA to obey the vampires, bondslaves were nothing but cannon fodder to them.

Although Aaryan was shocked when he realized he was up against Nathan whose name alone was enough to terrify all the vampires in existence, he was quick to regain his composure.

"Heh... So, you're Nathan, the b*stard who killed Vivien? I have to admit, your amazing feat did scare the higher-ups in the vampire kingdon However, you shouldn't have come here today because death is all that awaits you! Today, I shall avenge Vivien by killing you myself!" he said while flashing Nathan a sinister grin.

A powerful burst of energy erupted from Aaryan's body, causing his shirt to billow even though there was no wind in the background.

His fighting spirit seemed to have an effect on the vampire aristocrats standing behind him.

They all knew that Aaryan was

almost as powerful as a prince even

though he was just a duke. Had there been a vacant spot for a vampire prince, Aaryan would've filled it immediately.

The vampire aristocrats all got into their fighting stances and stared the humans down as they waited for Aaryan's command.

The bondslaves in the distance sensed Aaryan's fighting spirit and got all riled up as well.

Each of the bondslaves opened their mouths and bared their razor-sharp fangs while waving their claws menacingly at Nathan.
