Kelly POV

After talking to the girls, it felt like the world was lifted off my chest. I also learned a lot about mates and what is to be expected. The thing I am not excited about is the whole heat thing. When a girl goes into heat for the first time. First, they start to feel hot, then they start to feel pressure everywhere, especially down in the "woman parts", and lastly the only way for it to go away is to mate with your mate both in human and wolf form but if another male tries to touch you, your skin feels like it's being ripped off your body. The girls promised that when you find your mate that it is all worth it in the end. Honestly, I can say this, nothing that I am to go through will be as bad as living in Alpha Jack's pack. I have a feeling that he will be coming for me soon and I don't want anyone to lose their life for me.

I would feel so terrible because these people are so nice, especially Alpha Michael. My wolf, Snow, agrees with me. For some reason my body comes to life every time we lock eyes. Snow thinks maybe he is our mate, but I do not think that is the case, why would the goddess make someone that is weak and small a Luna to someone who is strong. A Luna is supposed to be able to stand by the Alpha, just as strong as he is. I am nowhere near good enough to be a Luna. Snow growls in my head, "Stop saying things like that. You are so much stronger than you think. You went through so much in the past." I smile, "Correction, we went through so much in the past. Snow I couldn't have survived any of that without you." Snow than smiles at me "Then I stand corrected, we are stronger than you think we are." I nod my head at her.

We were interrupted by a knock at the door. "Come in" I yell while sitting on the bed. Alpha Michael walks in, "Hey Kelly, I just wanted to let you know before you go to bed. If you need anything, I am just down the hall in my bedroom. Also, if you need to leave the Alpha chamber at all, please let me know so I can escort you." I nod my head, "Ok, Thank you, Alpha Michael, for everything." He smiles at me, "You are welcome, Goodnight, Kelly." "Goodnight, Alpha Michael." I smile back at him and once again my body stirs when I eyes meet. I blink and look down to the ground as he leaves for his room. Snow smiles in my head, "You know he is kind of hot for a human." I laugh at her, as I agree with her. As I am getting into the bed to get ready to sleep, "I wonder what his wolf looks like, we were too afraid of Beta Josh coming after us to see when he came up behind us." Snow smiles, "But we did see his back all the tattoos he has on it. Makes you want to lick them, from bottom to top." I am shocked, "Snow! Where did that come from." She laughs in my head, "Sorry, with us getting closer to our birthday, the hormonal we will get." I think, "Great." I close my eyes to go to sleep and hoping it is a better sleep than I used to get at the other pack.
