Cherokee and I had been together for five years now. I woke up to find him gone. He had a meeting today. I sat up in bed and ran to the bathroom. I must have eaten something that did not agree with me or I am getting the flu. I have been getting sick for about two months now. I saw Donna and Sara walk into the bathroom.

"Pee on this Dove."

" I'm not pregnant."

" Just do it I heard Sara say."

I ran them out of the bathroom and did what they asked. I washed my hands leaving it lay on the counter. I walked out of the bathroom and lay on the bed.

"It's time Donna said."

I watched as Sara walked into the bathroom and came out grinning.

"It says positive."

I sat up fast.

"No way?"

" Yes, it does."

" I say you put this in a box and to the club and hand it to Cherokee."

I got dressed and rode with Donna and Sara to the club. We walked in and saw our men," well Donna doesn't have one yet, " sitting at the VIP table. I sat down and Cherokee leaned down and kissed me.

"I laid the box in front of him."

" What's this he asked?"

" Open it."

I watched as he opened the box and stared at the test. He didn't say anything. He just put the lid on it. The girls looked shocked. I stood up and ran out of the club with tears flowing down my face. He doesn't want a baby. I ran through the woods until I couldn't run anymore. I came to a creek and leaned against the tree crying my eyes. out.

"What the hell Cherokee we yelled."

" What?"

" You just told her you don't want it."

" I don't want what?"

I grabbed the box and opened the lid.

"Beast what does this say?"

" Positive."

He looked at me in anger. "She is going to have a baby you dumb ass."

I ran out of the club and got on my bike. I drove to the cabin getting off calling her name. She isn't here.

"I called Beast She isn't here."

A prospect said he saw Dove running toward the woods.

"Find her I said."

We all ran toward the woods calling her name.

I cried so hard I fell asleep. I did not hear several men ask why a woman would be in the woods. Let's take her to the cabin. She might have gotten lost.

"Wait she is on the property of Cherokee."

" Shit, this is his woman."

" We need to let him know we found her in the woods."

" I walked over and picked up the beautiful woman in my arms."

"Dreamer do you know Cherokee?"

" Yes, he is my cousin."

We walked into the cabin and I walked into a bedroom and lay her on the bed. I walked out of the room and called Cherokee.

"Dreamer, I can't talk right now."

" We are looking for Dove."

" Your woman?"

" Yes."

" I found her she was sleeping in the woods. We are in a cabin about 10 miles from you."

"How the hell did she run 10 miles?"

" Wait did you say run?"

" Why did she run from you Cherokee?"

After I told him what happened he started laughing.

"This is not funny."

" You didn't even know what a pregnancy test is."

" No, I have never seen one."

" Now she thinks you don't want your baby."

" Just then the door flew open and Cherokee walked in."

" Where is she?"

" In there I said pointing at the closed door."

I walked in and saw Dove sleeping. I walked over and sat on the side of the bed.

"Baby, I said shaking her."

I opened my eyes and glared at him. I pushed him off the bed.

"Don't you talk to me?"

" I hate you right now."

" You don't want our baby."

"I just didn't know what I was looking for."

" Dove, I have never seen a pregnancy test before."

" I didn't know."

" I do want our baby."

I stood up and walked out the door not listening to him. I didn't pay attention to the men leaning against the walls or sitting.

"I picked up a cup and threw it at Cherokee."

" That's not true I told her ducking as she threw something else at me."

" Why would I fucking know what a pregnancy test is?"

" My first wife never showed me one."

I turned and glared at him.

"Oh shit."

I grabbed an iron skillet and swung it at his head and missed. I started to fall back when arms caught me. He took the skillet out of my hands.

"You didn't tell her about your dead wife?"

I looked at Cherokee with tears flowing down my face.

"You were married before and never told me?"

" Cherokee you go straight to hell."

I turned and walked out of the cabin. I walked toward the woods. They think I don't know where I am they are dead wrong. I walked home and locked myself in the spare bedroom. I don't want to see Cherokee I just want to be left alone.
