Whiskey: Chapter 9
Scarlet had come to the room a few minutes later and asked if she could take Sydney to her room to see if she had any clothes for her.
Sydney had given him a little wave and went out the door with her.
When Whiskey went back out to the main room, it was tense. Whiskey didn’t care. He needed to tell the men what all he had done to insure their little blow the block party happened.
He strolled over to the main table.
The Valin men looked up at him. They had steel in their violet eyes.
He let out a sigh and leaned his hands onto the table. “Look. I do like Sidney. In fact, I think she may be the woman for me. But you need to back off.”
Cotton scoffed. “You are telling the lions to ignore the humans in the coliseum.”
Python turned to glare at him.
Cobra huffed angrily as he was still pissed about the little stunt she had pulled earlier.
“We can’t just let you… use her though.” Python growled.
Whiskey stood up. “I don’t use people. If we go ahead and are together, we will stay together. I am not the kind of man who jumps from woman to woman. However, I will not go on defending myself. Just as Sydney has shown you, she won’t allow anyone to tell her what to do. I will let her choose me. I will not push her into bed. You got that?” he paused. “But do know this. I will protect her.”
The men all stared at him.
“Okay, onto the subject at hand. Your plans to blow some things up.” Whiskey went on to explain what he’d done with the explosives and exactly what would happen the next night. He’d go in the dark hours and set the charge at the warehouse here an hour before dawn and by the next night, the warehouse would go boom.
The Valin men seemed satisfied and after only a few questions, Whiskey turned and headed back to his room. He knew his job well and he had no doubts as to his ability. He did have doubts about one thing though. Would Sydney come to him? He was determined to allow it to happen just that way. It would take restraint but he could pull it off.
Getting into his room, he saw she was still not back. He sighed and grabbed some sweat pants, then headed for the shower. During the shower, all he could think about was way her mouth had tasted and the way his body hardened at the feel of her in his arms. He would just wait until she made her move…if she did at all.
He got out of the shower and headed to the bed. The trip to Odessa and back and the job had been grueling. He could do with some sleep. He still had to wire the warehouse here as well He left the bathroom light on and laid down.
The bed moved.
Instantly, Whiskey set his hand on his gun on the nightstand.
“Don’t shoot me,” Sydney whispered.
Whiskey looked up to see her above him and he released the weapon back to the wooden surface.
She wore nothing. Not a stitch.
He swallowed heavily then asked, “So, I gather she didn’t have any clothes for you?”
Stilling, Sydney smiled as she got his joke. “Very funny.”
He chuckled then went to sit up.
Sydney pushed at his chest. “Nope, stay there.”
Whiskey raised a brow at her. He sighed. He did vow to let her choose. Now, he had just wait to see what she would do next.
She began to slip his sweatpants down. “How do you untie this thing?” She raised her head up. “Don’t answer, I can do it.”
He laid still but flinched a bit when he felt her fingers on his belly.
“Raise up big guy,” she instructed.
He raised his hips as she worked the sweats down over his legs. She then moved along the bed until they were completely off.
Next, she reached down and grabbed his cock. “Wow,” she cooed. “Nice.”
“Um… thank you?” He smiled as he gritted his teeth.
She stroked him.
“Can I touch you?” he asked.” If he couldn’t do something, he might just go insane here.
“Yes,” she answered a bit breathlessly.
Raising his hands up, he placed one hand on each breast then thumbed her nipples.
She gasped. “Oh, that is…oh…”
He kept playing with her nipples then lowered one hand down and found her folds. He fingered her button and played with a nipple.
“Oh, gosh…” she panted out.
He watched her in the low light. “You are beautiful, Sydney.”
She was panting and moaning then she raised herself up and positioned herself over him.
His breath hitched as he watched this gorgeous woman take him. He was the subservient one in this and it about drove him out of his fucking mind.
She rose up and slid down, maybe an inch.
His cock hardened and throbbed. He wanted to roll her over and fuck her senseless. But he wouldn’t, he needed to let her do this, but he didn’t know if he could hold his beast back.
She lowed a bit more.
He couldn’t breathe as lust and the way she felt on him clouded his mind. He grasped the sheets instead of her hips and growled.
“You like this?” she asked with a pant.
“Fuck yeah. I need you to—”
She nodded and slammed her way home.
They both let out long groans together.
He then couldn’t take it anymore. Whiskey grasped her hips and raised her up. Then down.
Gasping and whimpering, Sydney went wild on him. “Ohhh, myyyy goooddd.” She arched back.
Whiskey felt like he was going to blow, so he slipped his fingers down into her folds and stroked her.
Bucking on him, she clenched him with her walls.
Whiskey had no defense to this feeling as he came right then.
Lowering her body, their mouths fused together and they came at the same time.
He held her for a few minutes as they got their breathing under control.
Neither spoke for another few minutes.
Then she said, “That was beautiful. Amazing…I never felt like that before.”
Whiskey smiled. “I can’t say that I have either.”
She played with his hair and let out a sated sigh.
“So can I keep you?” he asked quietly.
She stilled and looked at him. “You want to…I-I mean.”
He chuckled. “I want to. I want you to stay with me.”
“F-for…”
He grasped her face with both hands. “I want you to be my woman. Stay with me. Understand?”
She nodded then smiled. “Whiskey’s woman. I like the way that sounds.”
He chuckled again. “Now, if I can stay alive long enough around your brothers and dad, maybe we can live happily ever after.”
“They’d better be good.” She seethed.
“Well, if not, I would almost feel sorry for them with you around.”
“They deserve what they get.” She sat up a bit and caressed his chest. “You have the most unusual tattoos.”
Whiskey knew what she was talking about and the particular tat she referred to. “They all have a meaning to me. It wasn’t just to look cool.”
“Oh, I bet. You don’t seem like the kind to… What is this one over your heart about?”
He let out a sigh.
“Oh…” she said a bit sadly. “If it is too personal, I—”
“No, no. You need to know this about me. It is a large part of who I am now.” He got his wits together and told her about his family and what had been done to them. In the quiet of the room, his low voice went on, right up until the time he came here and found out about Carmen.
“Oh, my god,” she whispered as she swiped her tears rolling down her cheeks. “Oh, Whiskey…” she cried hard and lowered herself back down to hold him tight.
“Hey, hey now. Stop crying.” He held her in his arms.
“I-I can’t. My heart just breaks for you. Oh my god!” She actually wept like she was grieving.
“Sydney, please stop.”
She rose up and looked down at him her cheeks a bit splotched and tear stained with her eyes red rimmed. “Here, I thought my life had been hard and I was so tortured. Well, I was wrong about that. How? How did you get through it?”
He sighed heavily. “I really didn’t. The first couple of years, I did not give a shit. I crawled into a whiskey bottle and was drowning myself to death. That’s where I got my road name. Whiskey.”
Swallowing heavily, she stroked his cheek. “Then what happened?”
Whiskey told her what he’d told Lightning. “So in essence, my tiny mother knocked some sense into me.”
Smiling down at him, she sniffled. “I’m glad you had her. If not, I never would have met you.”
He pulled her down and held her close. “I am too. You are someone worth knowing, little girl. Now, we need to sleep.”
“Yes, we do.” She closed her eyes and they both went to sleep, holding each other.
Four hours or so later, Whiskey’s eyes opened. He could smell the beautiful scent of her hair and feel her beside him.
It was time to wake and go get Lightning. They needed to set these charges before the sun rose. Then they could blow the place during the night this evening. They had to make sure it would be at a time when no one was there.
He got up carefully and slowly, then he went to get dressed.
