Chapter 890 Graham Currey's Thoughts
Skylar might quickly locate a regular buddy or classmate with a single phone call.
But when it came to Valerie, it was a matter of the heart, and Skylar knew he couldn't do it.
He decided to respect Valerie's decision because she had chosen to depart without saying goodbye.
Perhaps she needs some thought time.
Skylar departed the Pearce mansion, accompanied by Yulia and Lola, with a sense of melancholy.
By sunset, the three-person family had returned to Lover's Tower.
Skylar had previously ordered Dianne to pick up their pet, Beans, from the pet boarding store on the way.
As soon as they opened their chamber door, a golden furball pounced on them.
"Daddy, please put me down quickly, I want to play with Beans."
Lola couldn't stop herself from exclaiming.
"Alright, alright, I won't be a third wheel."
Skylar chuckled as he set the baby down.
Lola couldn't care less about Skylar right now because she was too busy kissing Beans.
Yulia's eyes were filled with gratitude as she glanced at Beans. Beans had put its life in danger to protect Lola.
Beans was already a member of her and Skylar's family in their hearts.
Graham, the manager of Lover's Tower and the head of Sconvia City's first significant family, requested an audience after a short
respite.
"Sir, Madam, I hope I'm not disturbing you."
"I'd like to speak with you about the daily operations of Lover's Tower."
Graham introduced himself to Skylar and Yulia before explaining the reason for his visit.
If one didn't know Graham, they may mistake him for Skylar's old butler.
"Alright, go ahead."
Skylar nodded, expecting for Graham to say something else.
"Sir," Graham responded respectfully, "the day after the grand opening, all functional areas of Lover's Tower were in place."
"The performance of Lover's Hotel is very promising, but aside from the hotel, we have many shops; even if Madam's company
uses the entire office building, the number of vacant shops is still significant."
"I was thinking, although you, sir, are not short of money, we should make full use of it now that we have built it, especially since
this is prime real estate in the city center."
"In fact, many businesses wanted to rent these shops while you were away from Sconvia City, but the quality varied greatly,
which could harm the style of Lover's Tower."
"So, Sir, Madam, what do you think about holding a business recruitment event, allowing interested businesses to apply, and
then selecting the best ones?"
Graham's thought process was meticulous, it had to be said.
Aside from the main building of Lover's Tower, which served as a hotel and office, there were other subsidiary structures. They
were not very tall, but they covered a huge area, and each shop was very grand.
It would not only be a waste if they were left vacant, but it would also create a sense of desolation.
Skylar heartily agreed with Graham's plan, but since all property rights to Lover's Tower had been transferred to Yulia, it was up
to her to determine how to proceed.
Skylar inquired softly, "Yulia, what do you think?"
Yulia was immensely grateful to Skylar for entrusting her with such an important subject.
Without hesitation, she stated, "Uncle Graham's consideration is very thorough. Let's go with his proposal. We'll hold a business
recruitment event and select quality businesses to move in. If there's money to be made, we should all make it together."
