The Unwanted Luna

Their Mate, My Saviors Chapter 47

-POV Ayame-

I looked at each of their eyes. Normally, emerald, hazel, and blue are now obsidian, vibrant yellow, and a fiery orange. "Umm..... Are you three ready?" I felt beyond self-conscious right now. Maybe I should have just worn some nice jeans and a blouse instead. Conri was dressed in a navy suit with a crisp white button up underneath, Edon was in a perfect black suit accentuating all his muscles with a matching black button up and gold tie while his suit jacket was slung over his shoulder. Vil was living up the hype in black jeans, nice boots, and a dark blue button up with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows. Goddess, if my eyes could shift color too, they would be glowing right now.

I decided they weren't going to answer and walked over to the garage. I had an arm around my waist before I made it halfway across the living room. "We are taking a limo, sweetie." Edon said, noticeably restraining every fiber of his being.

I held back a laugh and nodded. "Oh okay, that's fine too." I felt a shiver riddle down my body until his arm disappeared and his hand rested on my back, ushering us to the hummer limo, with a driver at the ready to hold the door for us. "Alphas, Luna." The man called before pulling the door open. I immediately regretted a floor-length dress when I hopped in and almost ripped the fabric on my heel.

Once I made it in, the guys followed, and I found myself on Edon's lap while Conri held my hand and Vil squeezed my thigh. The contact of all three of them made me regret wearing this dress. The other one was a lot more...accessible. "Okay! I'll do it! Damn Ayame." Vil said, turning to get a full view of me. I blushed from my nose to my ears, and he laughed, like a full laugh.

It made me smile at his approval. "That's a really nice...well, everything." Edon chimed in.

Conri grunted and that was that. I don't think any of us were expecting anything more than that. If anything, his silence was just as good of a confirmation as Edon's and Vil's pleasurable outburst. Many paragraphs are missing. Read the complete book on J o=b n-1 b. c (o) m. When we were at the clearing earlier, I felt like that side of him, gentle and unapologetically claiming me as his, would come few and far inbetween. I'll cherish those moments, but I still enjoy my grunting alpha male as well. "Thanks guys. I thought it would look nice. All three of you look very handsome." I added.

"Nice is putting it mildly, Angel." Vil pressed as he readjusted himself.

"So, where are we going?" I asked excitedly. I love trying new cuisines, but something told me we weren't eating on the island tonight.

The limo continued to drive while we got closer and closer to the shore. "Somewhere you will never forget." Edon added, tapping my nose.

I nodded and started to play with his hand resting on my tummy. "Vil?" I asked, surprising the three of them.

"Yes, angel?" He asked, slipping his hand further...north.

"Um..." I whimpered and shifted a bit but then I felt something hard on my back and squeaked. "You two are not helping!" I moaned, slowly giving up on what I told Conri earlier. Also, internally cursing Emily with this outfit of choice. I was still fighting them off and I don't know if I'll have the option to stay away from these three tonight. I didn't want to stay away from these three tonight.

Vil growled lightly and pulled his hand away. I almost too quickly pulled it into my other free hand and sighed in relief. He rolled his eyes as a smirk fell from his lips. Once we finally made it to the docks, my mouth dropped open at the sight of an all-white three-story yacht. Conri grazed his finger over my chin and I immediately closed my lips but the shock was still there. "What?" He asked.

"You...what...how do you have all of this?!" I asked, throwing my hands towards the giant beacon screaming, 'they have money!

"Oden Industries." Conri said before heading up to the boat deck.

I took my time, walking in between Edon and Vil. When we made it to the deck with Conri, a small table was resting in the center with four cushioned chairs and lanterns lighting up the space. "Oh my goddess." I said in shock.

Edon rubbed the back of his head and Vil leaned back on his heels. "What do you think?" Edon asked. Conri pulled out a chair and I walked up to take a seat.

"It's gorgeous." I said, looking up at my three mates, making my heart sing. "When did you all have time to plan for all of this?"

"Three days of you ignoring us." Vil grumbled and I winced.

"Right...that." I looked down at my lap again and he immediately raised my head.

"It was on us. We had to lie in our own bed. Do not feel guilty." Vil added.

"But I do, and you three have been nothing but nice to me the entire weekend. That...I mean...I don't deserve it since I've been such a brat the last few days." I confessed.

"You have, but again, it's because we messed up. You're allowed to be angry. No one here is going to punish you for expressing your feelings." I nodded once. "Words, angel."

"Okay. I want to say sorry too and I'm glad we were able to fix this. I really love all of you.... I love you guys so much." I whimpered through the realization. I may have said I love you to them privately, but never when the four of us were together. It just felt like it had to happen. I needed to tell them this. It...it was the truth.

"We love you too, princess." The three of them hummed in relief.

I smiled brightly and a waiter showed up out of nowhere, placing salads and water in front of us while the boat left the dock. I've never been on the ocean before and I'm starting to think this will be a weekend of firsts. I started to dig in, realizing I should have had more for breakfast while the boy started talking about some investment they made last year.

Once the steak dinner, yes, steak dinner, showed up, the chatter between the four of us died down and my questions about marketing management became a thing of the past. "Ayame, as promised, I want to talk to you about the Radavier family." Conri said, slipping a piece of meat in his mouth.

I swallowed mine and stared at him and the others. "Okay, I'm listening." I said, wiping my lips on my napkin.

"Radavier is a powerful werebear family. A very old bloodline and, until three days ago, believed to be extinct." Conri started. He grabbed another bite of his meal and leaned back a bit. "That book never lies. It only shows you the true bloodline of a person, supernatural or otherwise. It's filled with a usable dark magic that Bodhi Cora used to use to make sure those who pass our boarders are of the supernatural creed or mated to one. We used them for hundreds of years and our ancestors swore by the book's validity. However, it was also used for nefarious cases like hunting down our kind when one of the books fell into the hands of a human. Or massacres of bloodlines, like the Radaviers, became such a breeze with the ability to figure out what and whom you were related to with the prick of a finger. They started out with fifty, one for each clan. Now, there are only a few that are left in existence, and they are only used by medical professionals. Hence, the reason why the doc had one for you to use."

"So why did my name come up as Radavier? I'm not a werebear and I'm definitely from the human world. I've never had another spirit within me. I'm just Ayame Pierce." I countered, trying my hardest to think back and remember if I was right about all of this. Again, I feel nothing. I mean, I can't even remember my father. What if my memories of who I really am are erased?

"That's why we have been trying to figure out for you, princess." Edon said.

"Well, there's more." I confessed and they furrowed their brow.

"More? What else could there be, angel?" Vil leaned forward a bit and I felt like I'd cut them off about something else, but I have to tell them about this.

"I...I can't remember anything about my father. Ever since I chatted with doc earlier this week, I've been trying so hard to remember him, but...there's nothing." I bit my lip completely disregarding my food at this point. I was no longer as hungry as I was at the start of this dinner. "So, someone is making you forget." Conri stated, sipping his wine as if this isn't a cataclysmic problem.

I grit my teeth and Vil rested his hand over mine while my fingers balled into a fist. "Conri...." He growled lowly.

"I'm not being a dick, I'm just not surprised. It makes sense. If she remembered her father, this wouldn't be so confusing for you to understand." Conri added with another sip of his drink. I turned away from him and forced myself to continue eating. At least I had some information to go on. Maybe Conri was right and there was no use of me getting irritated over it, but it was annoying to watch him sit there like this whole situation was totally normal.

Edon rubbed his chin and looked between Conri and Vil before turning to me. "Look Ayame, the point is, you are the last living relative of the Radavier bloodline. If your father was alive, then that would be a different story, but because of this, you are the rightful heir to the Radavier bloodline, human or not. You...Ayame Pierce, are the heir to the long lost royal werebear bloodline."

Vil continued to rub my hand as I tried my best to wrap my head around this. "I'm not royal."

"According to the Bloodlines, yes you are." Conri added.

"Then it's wrong! I'm fine just being with you three. I don't want to be royal." I heaved and Vil intertwined our fingers. Even after our night together, I don't know if he was the comfort that I wanted, but it was nice to have while Edon was so far away and Conri was disassociating himself from this entire conversation. Maybe that's why he didn't want to talk about this earlier. It's completely ruining the mood.

"Angel, we are happy to hear that, but unfortunately, even if you don't want to accept who you are, Prince Chaz has." Vil added.

"So, I'm being hunted because of a bloodline I'm not even acquainted with?!" I spat back.

"I think that is the only thing that makes sense. He would come after our mate as well, but not to this extent. We had an alliance with him, but once we cracked his informant, there is no way we can sit idly by and allow this to happen." Conri growled and his eyes shifted, snapping me out of my irritation.

I took a deep breath. I need my triplets to stay calm more than I need to rant about my childishness. I glanced around the deck and there were no waiters or crew members around. I leaned over and rested my hand on his forearm while continuing to hold onto Vil's tightening grip. "Daddy, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have gotten angry. I know you three are just trying to help." I whimpered and his darkened eyes flashed to me.

"No.... We can't protect you from a royal family regardless of their bloodlines. Prince Chaz Delock is the reigning heir to the werebear kingdom. If we tell him to back off, a war will ensue and our entire pack will be at risk. That means -"

I shook my head, and he stopped mid-sentence. "Do not sacrifice your packs for me. Please. I would feel so guilty. I'll do my best to protect myself. We will figure this out. Just...just don't shut me out. I'm here to be helpful and if this has anything to do with me, I should be responsible for the outcome. I may be weaker than you all, but I'm trying. I'm...I'm trying."

"I need to get some air, I'll be back." Conri abruptly stood from the table and stormed off, leaving a now chilled plate of food in his wake. I don't know how much air he'd need, since we were outside, but the looming reality of our enemy being untouchable was suffocating to me too. Edon stared into the darkness of the sea while the boat continued to cruise along. "I...I should go talk to him?" I said, unintentionally letting it fall as a question while I started to indulge in my nervous twitch.

"No, princess. I got this. We will see you in the morning." Edon stood to his feet as well, and I looked up in shock.

"M-morning. A-are you shutting me out again?" I felt my breath quicken and Edon was at my side in seconds.

"Not at all, princess. We are staying the night on the boat. Let's just say this is the first time Conri hasn't been able to remove a problem once it rears it's ugly head. He hasn't been taking this well. We will fix this. We are not shutting you out." He kissed the top of my head and disappeared after his brother.

Some night this turned out to be. "Come on, angel." Vil instructed and pulled me to my feet.

I slowly moved into his arms and he kissed my lips softly. "Vil." I whimpered, holding tightly to his shirt. "I messed up. I'm a walking danger to everyone."

He growled lowly and kissed down the crook of my neck. "Let me help you forget." He whispered and I felt a moan fall from my lips.

"Yes, sir." He was distracting me, but I didn't care. I wanted to forget. I guess I was getting really good at that at least. I must take my wins where I see them.
