The Second Hand Man

We’re having trouble with the insurance company (again). They’ve opened an investigation, and are claiming that a lot of the evidence points towards an act of suicide on my father’s part. If they can gather enough proof to show this to be the truth, we will lose the money (again).

My mother has been clever enough to realize this, and has not admitted any evidence that may be damning towards our case.

So, unless they can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that it was an act of self murder, we may just be lucky (this time).
