The Elven Princess

Andrew contacted his pack and his mate and my two cousins are coming with the Betas for my Luna ceremony. I am so happy! I went from no family.. to a large one.. Andrew’s pups are young.. six and nine. The boy is called Mac..his name in McCallum.. the six year old is Penelope.

We all called it a night, with Andrew complaining about getting up early, but Grandpa told him to shut up.. he was the one who asked to spar. That’s true! But, I will never pass up a chance to spar someone new! I love learning new techniques!

Aaron lifted me into bed and laid beside me. When he kissed me, my whole body melted into his. I want him so bad! He feels it, too. Our make out sessions make it even more difficult to hold back. The fact that I am a virgin I think helps him.. He wants my first time to be perfect. It will be! How can it not? I fell asleep to a myriad of naughty fantasies running through my head!

The next morning I was up and showered by four. I was giving the kitchen staff a break..so I started breakfast. I missed cooking.. Ernie and Everly had me off schedule for the next two weeks.. because they wanted me to settle into pack life. It’s been a definite adjustment!

After breakfast was done, Andrew and I headed to the gym. I was wrapping my hands when Andrew asked “Why would Callan train you as an assassin? You are the heir to the throne.” I giggled and shrugging said “Callan is passing the crown to his son, Galbhor.. I don’t want to be Queen, Uncle Andrew. Every one of the Light Elves in that castle knew what was happening.. what was being done to me. Not one tried to help.. not an extra glass of water.. or slice of bread. Nothing. Why would I choose to rule such an ungrateful species? All elves are born of light and darkness.. we choose to follow the Light… or we succumb to the darkness. I wake, every day.. and Choose my Light! I saw nothing of the sort in DullenDirk.”

We sparred for two hours. Andrew is very skilled. He pinned me twice.. I pinned him four more than that! He grinned on the last pin and said “I can say Uncle.. and mean it now!” I laughed and helped him to his feet. We went in to shower because he is expecting his family within the hour.

I found Aaron in the library.. “What are you doing in here?” I startled him and he dropped the book he had been reading. He smiled and kissed me “Nimue told me we should have this book in our library and I came looking for it! This is it… Elven Chronicles. I didn’t know it was here.. which is stupid of me, since I have read all the Chronicles of other species.”

I looked through the book and asked “Do all packs have such extensive libraries?” Shaking his head he replied “No.. only the ones who have been around for centuries. Like this one.. and Starry Moon.. there are another four as old as our pack..but they are scattered around the world.”

Taking my hand, we went to greet Andrew’s family and his Betas. His mate is lovely.. she told me her name is Babette but she prefers to be called Babs.. and Penelope told me to please not shorten her name to Penny.. it was only Penelope. Mac was quiet and a little shy.. but he seemed happy his hair was almost the same color as mine! Kids are weird!

Grandma, Babs and I decided to check the final preparations for the ceremony.. then we were going over what we should wear. Babs held a plastic, zippered bag up and unzipped it. Grandma said “I had Babs bring my ceremonial robes and thought, if you’d like.. you could pick something to wear?” I smiled and clapped my hands “I had just planned on wearing my blue ceremonial dress.. this is so much better!!”

I have never had anyone.. until Ernie and Everly I never understood family. Now, I have grandparents.. and an Aunt and Uncle! I told Grandma and Babs all about Ernie and Everly… how they found me, and took such good care of me. They’re excited to meet them tomorrow.

Aaron sent Gavin to ask if we would come to his office…so here we all sit. He says “I am calling the council to let them know I have met my mate and the ceremony is tomorrow night. They may or may not attend.. I do have to let them know the portal was destroyed.. and that we know there will be more. The reason I asked you all here is… Do we tell them what we suspect is happening? Without any proof, it seems presumptuous.” I said “We have to meet Tremaine in an hour. Let’s talk with him and see if he can shed some light on any new information… then call the council?”

Grandpa agrees, then says “I want to speak with your brother, as well! I have questions!
