It covered several different types of dances, some of which she’d been tested on before, but it looked like she had to go through them again..

Unersity A’s dance exam was pretty tough. For instance, the jazz exam she’d be taking later. Over the past three years, she’d had to attend a classes a week and learn a full piece in four weeks. Generally, each student would hear three to four different pieces in one go, and each end–of–semester exam would cover one of the pieces that they’d learned. They’d draw lots before the exam, so they wouldn’t be dancing the same plece each time

The examination scope would widen every semester.
