Sweet Wife in Hidden Marriage

Chapter 18 What If I Want Your Heart?

She had always been enduring in the three years since they got married. She was going crazy.
But how could Eleanor do such cruel things? Why did Sebastian accuse her of going crazy?
"Well, she’s just a child who has a heart attack. She’ll die at any time. Lillian, really, why are you always blaming Sebastian
because of this child"
Lillian heard Joanna saying so on the other end.
"Sebastian, she’s really ignorant. She made auntie unhappy, and you are scolded because of her. Why does she still blame you
now? She may forget her identity."
"Zoe is just a bastard without a father, and her mother is gone, too. We just transferred her to another hospital. It’s OK. It’s her
destiny if she dies. It’s a merciful release for her...Lillian is getting more and more down-to-earth, probably because she believed
that she would be your wife forever. She’s so proud, isn’t she?"
"Hum! My wife. She’s not qualified to be my wife." Sebastian became angry at once, "I will never admit that she’s my wife!"
They echoed each other on the other end of the phone had seemed to forget Lillian here.
Lillian was so furious that she trembled and hung up bitterly with her eyes red. She was about to rush out.
But she was forcefully dragged into Archibald’s arms.
"You wanna leave? Where are you going?"
"Go to their house to argue with Eleanor? Do you have the courage?"
"Go to Sebastian and Joanna and watch their flirting and having sex?"
"Or you wanna go to the hospital and ask them not to transfer your daughter?"
Lillian's body froze but she miraculously calmed down.
Archibald added, "You should know that these three roads are inaccessible."
Lillian suddenly turned around and grabbed his arm, "Do you have any ideas?"

He had investigated her so clearly and deliberately went to the TV station to tell her so much. Obviously, he had well prepared.
Archibald did not deny it and only said, "You are so smart, dear."
"Then can you...help me?" Lillian said, with a little hope in her eyes. But when she looked into his deep eyes, the hope in her
eyes faded.
Although they had only met several times, she generally knew his temperament-he would not help her unconditionally.
"If you can help me, except for...sleeping with you or having an affair, I will try my best to do whatever you want me to do," Lillian
said in a hurry.
"What if I want..." He raised his tone and stared at Lillian's eyes without a blink, "...your heart?"
"What?"
"Take back the bunch of black roses you left in the bathroom now, take them back and keep them well." Archibald let go of
Lillian, and his tone became cool and calm as if the sentence that he just said were just Lillian's auditory hallucination.
Lillian went back without hesitation and brought back the bunch of black roses.
"When I came here, I had asked my assistant to transfer your daughter her attending doctor Stephen to a new hospital. You can
rest assured. I’ve required the best equipment and doctors, and there was no accident during the transfer. Now, Zoe must have
fallen asleep in the new ward at this time."
Lillian's eyes suddenly turned red, "Archibald, Th...thank you."
"I will take this bunch of black roses back and raise it well. I will raise it as long as I can."
"But I have more than one request," Archibald added.
