Chapter 974
Chapter 974
One glance was enough for her to understand what Allen wanted to do.
She struggled violently and finally broke free of his clutches, landing on the floor with a thud,
Bearing the pain, she scrambled up. But before she could run out of the house, Allen grabbed her waist from behind.
"Don't you dare run!" Allen dragged her toward the house inch by inch
Larissa was on the verge of despair. Suddenly, the sounds of a piano being played came from downstairs.
She realized quickly that there was someone else in the house. It could only be Freddy.
As if it was her last shred of hope, she screamed, "Freddy! Help me!"
Allen tried to gag her, but she bit his fingers so hard they bled.
The sharp taste of iron infiltrated her mouth. She didn't care. She placed all of her hopes on Freddy.
"Freddy! I'm in the attic! Freddy, call the cops!"
The piano music stopped.
Freddy had obviously heard her screams for help.
But at the same time, Allen had dragged her to the middle of the attic. The steel chain was right next to her legs.
"Shut up!" Allen was losing his patience. He slapped her hard across her face.
He was six feet and two inches tall. He was nearly twice her size. Obviously, he was stronger.
Larissa's face went numb. The taste of iron in her mouth grew stronger.
She grew dizzy, Stars floated in her vision, and it took her a long while to recover.
Seizing this opportunity, Allen cuffed her leg.
"Finally." He looked at the locks on her leg and smiled deviously. "I finally have you. You don't know how long I've been waiting for this.
Larissa.
He placed a hand on her shoulder.
Even through the thick fabric, Larissa could feel his icy-cold fingertips like a venomous snake.
She shivered, goosebumps appearing on her skin.
"Fuck off! She shook off his hand and ducked.
With every step she took, the long chain dragged across the floor, making clanging noises.
"That's okay." Allen was in no hurry to chase her.
He stood where he was, admiring his handiwork.
"Daddy." Suddenly, there was a small voice from downstairs.
Allen's lace shifted at once. His smile vanished,
"Who let you come up here?" he said harshly, "I told you to practice in your room! Do you want to be beaten again?"
"No, Daddy." Freddy's voice was full of fear. "Someone's knocking on the door."
Allen paused, then looked back at Larissa. "I'm off to settle something. Sit here quietly until I come back."
He went downstairs and shut the door to the attic.
The weak light soon disappeared from her sight.
She heard Allen roaring at Freddy. "Go to your fucking room! Don't come out without my permission!"
She heard Freddy sebbing. "I'm sorry, Daddy. I was wrong. Don't punish me."
But Allen continued rearing. "Sorry? I've told you so many times not to come out of your room! If you dare to disobey me, you'll have to lace the consequences." Freddy sobbed harder. "I'm really sorry, Daddy! No, Daddy, no!"
His wails grew more and more desperate. Larissa's heart trembled.
The Allen she'd witnessed today had shattered her entire perception of him.
