She Cried Wolf (OLD)

“Keep your eyes closed” Jackson demands from behind me as soon as we reach the top of the stairs. “They are″ I chirp back. “Where are we going!” I ask for the fifth time. “You’ll see kitten” I huff but allow Jackson to lead me. “Okay, ready?” I nod eagerly. “Open your eyes kitten!” When my eyes adjust to the dimly lit room, I gasp. He’s completely transformed the once empty loft style room. He has fairy lights stung on the wall along with a few small couches and a giant bean bag chair. He put in a mini fridge and a projector shines on the wall. He also put in a book shelf and filled it with books. “Jackson! You did all this?” I gesture to the room. “I figured we could use a space all to ourselves” he replies with a shrug. My eyes fill with tears and I attack him with a hug. “Thank you Jackson. I love it!”

That night as Jackson and I sit on one of the couches in the loft as we watch a movie. He has me tucked into his side with one arm strung over my shoulders. In this moment, everything is perfect. I don’t have to constantly worry about doing something wrong. I finally know what it’s like to be happy. I smile and bury myself further into my mate.

Alright y’all, This will probably be the last I update for a while. I like to stock pile my updates and I may or may not have submitted them way to soon. Soooo, now I have no more ready updates. I’m working on getting some typed up though so sit tight!
