Chapter 3166
Under normal circumstances, the king's flag would only fall if the king had died in a battle. That was why it was said that the flag would always indicate the king's presence. Hence, the fallen flag was undoubtedly a bad sign.
Raytor, the Alpha Wolf, had the grimmest expression of all. In fact, his expression was as dark as thunder.
If looks could kill, Nathan would've been killed a dozen times by his deadly stare.
The human beings, who were frustrated because the helicopters were shot down by the warriors of the werewolf clan earlier, were cheering gratefully when they saw Nathan taking down the warriors and breaking the werewolf clan's leader flag. Meanwhile, Hepburn's eyes were also sparkling in delight. Pope Eugene is right. Mr. Cross is the chosen one!
Raytor's embarrassment turned into anger after the humans turned things around. While glaring at Nathan, Raytor uttered in a deep voice, "Nathan, there's nothing impressive about bullying my subordinates."
Nathan stood with his hands behind his back and replied calmly, "You're right. I'm not interested in killing your subordinates. If you don't want your subordinates to keep dying gruesome deaths, step forward and face me alone!" Raytor didn't utter a word in response.
Instead, his deputy, a burly werewolf with curly hair, scolded Nathan, "Who do you think you are? Do you think you're worthy of fighting against Alpha Wolf?"
Nathan's gaze suddenly turned frosty when he answered, "I'm a king, and I'm talking to Alpha Wolf! Who are you to interrupt our conversation?"
Nathan's voice rang like thunder, and it was aimed at the deputy.
When the deputy was struck by Nathan's voice, he felt as though he was struck by lightning. As a result, he trembled violently, and his heart was crushed. He then bled from all seven orifices and died on the spot. Upon seeing that, the werewolves at the scene were horrified.
On the other hand, the people in the town were shocked at first, but they were thrilled seconds later.
At that moment, everyone was staring at Nathan excitedly, as if they were looking at a deity.
Raytor was infuriated after watching Nathan kill two of his subordinates.
He then unleashed the wolf he was riding on and rode forward. As he was doing that, he glared at Nathan with a murderous look in his eyes. "Nathan, since you want me to kill you so badly, I'll grant your wish! Do you want to step forward, or do I need to raze this town to the ground with my men to drag you out?"
In a flash, Nathan appeared at the scene and walked toward Raytor casually. "I'm here to face you, Raytor."
Still riding on the wolf, Raytor narrowed his eyes and responded "Bring it on! Once I've killed you, l'il
slaughter all the bipedal lami
behind you!"
In a calm tone, Nathan answered, "Don't worry. Once I've killed you,d would be willing to let the werewolves live as long as they swear not to disrupt the humans and hide in the mountains.
"Those are some big words!" Raytor roared.
With that, he urged the wolf under him forward. They then morphed into a brutal gale and dashed toward Nathan.
As he was approaching Nathan, Raytor lifted his fist and aimed it at Nathan.
Without hesitation, Nathan lifted his hand and retaliated with a punch.
Boom!
A thundering boom echoed throughout the area as their fists collided.
Nathan and Alpha Wolf both staggered a few meters backward upon impact before they could balance themselves. Evidently, their punches were of equal strength.
Although Raytor was shocked by Nathan's capability, he mocked, "Ha! Is that all you got, Eurasia's God of War?"
In response, Nathan replied flatly, "Raytor, the Alpha Wolf. You're disappointingly mediocre."
"Come at me again!" Raytor roared.
Again, he urged the wolf forward and lunged toward Nathan with a simple but powerful punch. Nathan threw his fist forward and clashed with Raytor's fist once again.
Boom!
A thundering boom that was slightly louder rang out.
Nathan and Raytor both had no problem enduring the strengths of their opponents.
However, the mount Raytor was riding on couldn't take it. Although it was as strong as a lion, it
immediately whimpered in pain and puked out a mouthful of blood. It died there and then because it
couldn't endure the violent
ash of
powers between Nathan and Raytor.
Raytor was shocked and angered when he saw that the wolf he was riding on had died.
