The hospital staff were horrified to see Marie's obscene videos. Marie's image in the hospital had initially been excellent, so it was shocking to see such videos of her.

Marie had cooked nutritious soup for Lily and she brought it into Lily's ward, "Lily, drink it while it's hot!" Marie coaxed Lily.

She poured the soup into a bowl and handed it to Lily diligently. Lily took a sip of it and couldn't help but ask, "Madam Walker, who on earth did you offend? Why would someone do these things to you?" She did not think that the person in the video was Marie. She thought that the woman in the video was just Marie's lookalike.

"What do you mean?" Marie asked.

"Look at this," Lily handed the phone to Marie. "These people are really shameless, how dare they use your face! You must sue them!"

Seconds into the video, Marie's face changed drastically. Others might not know what had happened, but she herself knew that the contents of the video was true. Marie trembled and deleted the video from Lily's mobile phone. She knew very well that it was all Simon's doing. At that moment, she loathed Simon to the very core of her heart. However, she played along as she did not want Lily to know the truth behind the video, "How could people do such a thing? I will surely sue them!"

After a few more moments with Lily, she left and hid in a secluded area of the hospital. She then called Simon, and as soon as the call was connected, she scolded fiercely, "You son of a b*tch, what is the meaning of this?"

Simon grinned cheekily, "Surprised? Something even more surprising is yet to come!"

"Just you wait! I won't let you get away with this!" Marie screamed.

"I'll gladly wait for your comeback. Show me what you've got!" Simon sneered, "What's coming next will surely make you cry!"

Simon's fearless answer made Marie almost explode with anger. She hung up the phone while panting and walked out of the secluded place. A nurse stopped her and said, "Dr. Walker, Director Casady wants to meet you!"

"Do you know what it's about?" Marie asked.

"I don't know," the nurse left as if she was trying to avoid some kind of plague.

Marie went to the director's office. When she knocked on the door, she saw Director Casady was looking at her with a sullen face. Director Casady had always smiled at her, so seeing such a solemn side of him scared her and she had a bad feeling about it. Sure enough, before she could even settle herself into the chair opposite him, Director Casady threw a newspaper at her and said coldly, "Look at this!" Marie picked up the newspaper and looked at it. Her face fell. The headline of the newspaper was about her. The newspaper said that her medical ethics had been corrupted. Not only did she perform illegal artificial insemination, she was also reported to had multiple s*x partners in life.

Marie's sight went dark, and Director Casady's cold voice sounded, "You should look for another hospital. Our hospital can't hire such a person like you!"

As Director Casady was talking, he threw a letter of termination towards her. Marie felt ashamed and angry at the same time. She left the hospital and returned home in the end.

It had to be the work of that b*tch, Deborah, and Simon. Marie gritted her teeth in hatred while thinking of ways to deal with Deborah and Simon. Meanwhile, John had ordered someone to pass the recording of Marie and Deborah's argument to Sam, and Sam passed it to Jackson. After listening to the contents of the recording, Jackson and Loraine were furious. They were determined to get their revenge. The two of them then discussed how to deal with Deborah and Logan together.

Deborah and Logan had also received Marie's obscene video. They were watching the video and laughing happily when the doorbell rang. Deborah stood up and walked over. Through the peephole, she saw an unfamiliar man standing at the door. Deborah did not open the door, but asked from inside the house, "What's the matter?"

"I'm a resident downstairs. Your unit's water pipe has a leakage, and it has leaked all over my place. Hurry and open the door and let me check it!" the man said.

Next to Loraine, Jackson was too seething with anger. He charged towards Logan who was on the sofa, "Logan you bast*rd. Return back Tommy's and Rosa's lives!"

"Calm down!" Logan said. The moment he recognized Jackson, Logan was so frightened that he had turned pale. Jackson was once the tyrant of Cat Alley, as he was very powerful and would use vicious means. He was not someone that Logan could mess with.

calm myself down by beating you up!" Jackson swung his fist at Logan. Logan had already been

mentally afraid of Jackson in the et

first place, so how would he dare to fight with Jackson? Logan only thought about escaping. Jackson, on the other hand, was filled with anger and was hell bent on taking revenge. He eventually gave Logan an excellent beating.

Meanwhile, Deborah and Loraine were still fighting heatedly. Although one of Loraine's eyes was blind, she still was a nanny for many years. She was not on the same level as Deborah, who was a noble woman. Therefore Deborah could not fight back at Loraine, hence she ended up getting beat up horribly by Loraine.

After the both of them got beaten up horribly, Jackson tied Deborah and Logan with a rope. He then turned to the man who had barged past Deborah just now. It was Sam. He thanked Sam, "Thank you for your help. You may leave now. We will take it from here."

Sam nodded and left. Jackson and Loraine glared at both Deborah and Logan viciously. Their vicious gaze pierced through and Deborah knew that they were in grave danger. Hence, she blamed it all on Marie, "We didn't kill your son, Marie did."

"You still dare to try to quibble even at this stage. I know that Marie isn't a good person as well, but you and Logan were the ones who took action. I will let you guys die the same way my son did!" Loraine screamed and gave Deborah a hard slap and kick.

Deborah screamed in pain. Loraine still was not satisfied, so she found a stick and hit Deborah's leg with it. On the other side, Jackson naturally would not let Logan off either, and he broke both of Logan's legs.

Logan and Deborah were in so much pain that they felt like they were on the verge of death. Loraine was exhausted from the beating, so she stopped and asked Jackson, "What should we do now?" "What else can we do? They'll face the same treatment Tommy and Rosa had gone through," Jackson said in a vicious tone.

"Yes, an eye for an eye. These two b*tches should also be burned to death!" Loraine went to the kitchen to find some cooking oil and poured it on Deborah and Logan. Then, she lit a lighter. The fire spread in an instant, and Deborah and Logan were screaming in agony and pain. What comes around goes around. Deborah could finally know the agony behind being burnt alive.

Jackson and Loraine looked at Deborah and Logan, who were screaming while being burned alive, then turned and went downstairs. They ran into Marie who was on her way to take revenge on Deborah. Initially, Loraine had wanted to kill Deborah with a knife, hence she had one on her. Upon seeing Marie trying to call for help, she stabbed Marie with her knife, causing blood to spurt out in an instant. Loraine was not satisfied

with that, and the stabbing

continued as she cursed at Marie.

Marie's cries for help were heard by the residents in the area, and someone immediately called the police. At the same time, the house where Deborah and Logan were living was also on fire, and the residents had alerted the fire department.

At that moment, a patrol car

happened to pass by. When they

received the call, they immediately rushed to that residential area. Jackson and Loraine were surrounded by the police.
