Chapter My Twins Baby 65
Chapter 65
Xander POV
I come back from my early morning run, only to be greeted by Xavier who looks tense. I eye him, wondering if something is wrong with Regan but he shakes his head, motioning for me to follow him to the kitchen, where he sits down, just as Regan comes walking out, with a wide smile on her face. She might have been getting changed in order to join us downstairs. 1 immediately hold out my arms to her but she sniffs and laugh shaking her head as I feign sadness and disappointment. I didn't smell that bad, did
"Sorry Xander but you smell" she teases as Xavier quickly scoop her up in his arms and then places her on a chair, joining her on one side, while I join her on the other so that she's in the middle and between us.
An omega places food in front of us all. Regan looks down at it appreciatively and begins to cat, her cheeks a becoming rosy red, as Xavier and 1 do the same. I'm starving after my rim and in't get the food down fast enough. We can feel pack members looking at us but none of us care, too engrossed in each other. My-mind flashes to what happened last night and I can't keep the grin off my face. She had been perfect. The whole thing, the experience of being with her like that, had been better than I could have imagined.
"How are you feeling?" I asked Regan, leaning forward to peer into her eyes. "Any soreness?" I ask meaningfully, slightly concerned that she might still be in some pain.
She blushed at the reminder. "A little." She ducks her head while Xavier and I grin at each other. I gently stroke her shoulder. "Kitten, that's a bit of a shame, but it's not as though we can't wait a little longer to do it again" I murmured into her ear. causing her to gulp and almost choke on her food as I chuckle.
She stabs into her bacon and quickly takes a bite. "Pig somebody mutters from down the table and I stiffen while Regan pauses, staring down at her plate, à forlorn expression on her face.
I know that she can be self-conscious about her curves because she's slightly thicker than some shifters but I like her the way she is and so does Xavier. The fact somebody has dared to insult her in the kitchen, where Xavier and I are, only further provokes my anger. It's disrespectful, not just to Regan, but to us, the Alphas and they are about to face the punishment for

Xavier shoots a glance at the table, his expression remarkably calm. "Who said that?" he demands, and his voice is icy. showing that he's not as calm as he's pretending to be. In fact now that I look closer, he looks on the verge of losing control, his eyes so black that it's evident his wolf is surging to the surface
Somehow neither of us is surprised when Claudia stands up and gives a mocking smile. Isabelle's friend, naturally. Of course she would be the one to cause such discord and continue to defend her friend even though the situation didn't call for it. She was just here to cause more trouble. Isabelle is next to her, still seated in a wheelchair. I suspect she no longer requires it and cast her a disgusted look. Regan bites her lip, putting her fork down and refusing to eat anymore. This pisses me off, as I know that she must be hungry, especially after last night.
"Apologize to our mate" I snarl, standing up and facing Claudia,
"What for?" Claudia comments, folding her arms across her che, and glaring at Regan spitefully. "For speaking the truth? Look at her" she said with revulsion, as Regan stared down at the table. "She should lose weight, I'm only doing her a favour by telling her." "Our mate is beautiful" I growled and moved before Xavier could, gripping the girl around the throat as she kicked and flailed, my eyes darkening in rage.
"Xander" Isabelle shricks in distress "Xander let her down. I'll get my mother" she threatens as though that's going to be enough to stop me.
Heather might be mated to my father now, but she's not the lung of the pack. Regan is. Isabelle would do well to remember that

I ignore her. Nobody and I mean nobody is going to disrespect our Lana. I fling Claudia to the ground, breathing heavily. For a second nobody moves. Everybody is used to me being the calm, sensible twin. The logical rational one. They haven't seen me this angry in a long, long time. My hands clenched into fists as I stared down at Claudia Part of me wonders why we have her in our pack when she is of no use. It's not as though she's a warrior or vital. If anything, she's about as useless as Isabelle is right now. I smirked, wondering how she would take it if I were to tell her that in such a blatant manner.
"Apologize" I ordered in a low growl, deciding to keep it to myself instead of lowering myself to her level.
"Go to hell" she coughs, "Til never apologize to that fat bitch" shisneers.
I see red. My claws lash out, swiping across her face as she screams in pain and outrage. Malcolm, one of my friends from school stands up. "What do you need Alplu?" he dips his head respectfully.
"Take her to the dungeon" I snarl as Malcolm grips her by the art and yanks her roughly to her feet.
Xavier throws a key at him from his pockets. Malcolm easily catches it. "Lock her in and then leave her there" he orders, his
face contorted into a scowl.
He drags her away. I notice absently that a few other men assist. Isabelle glares at me. "Xander, how could you do that to my friend" she demanded shrilly.
"Shut up, I said, eyeing her as though I wanted to rip her head off, which was not far from the truth. "Your friend disrespected my mate and the future Luna of the pack. Be grateful she's not dead and if you don't quieten, you'll be joining her" I snarled, no longer in the mood for her nonsense. Isabelle opened her mouth to speak and then thought better of it, wheeling herself out of the kitchen in a huff. I watched her go, seething. Regan was silent, staring at the table.
I plopped back down. Xavier did the same. We both eyed her as she sat there quietly.
"You need to eat Regan," I said, "have something
"I'm not hungry" she whispered.
I shot a glance at Xavier, silently communicating. I knew Regan was feeling upset about what just happened. Without talking, I grabbed her, plonking her onto my lap, feeling her wriggle in surprise, my cock hardening as I gritted my teeth. "Xander" she shrieked,
I knew was sweaty, smelly, and no doubt disgusting. I speared a piece of my own bacon and then held it to her mouth, looking her right in the eyes. She still refused to open her mouth, Xavier scooted over and then grabbed her hand, kissing the palm of it as tears shone in her eyes.
"Little wolf" he murmured, causing Regan to inhale sharply, the nickname suiting her. "You are perfect just the way you are, all of you. We love you from your head" he touched her hair, letting the silken strands fall through his fingers "to the tips of your toes
"But she's right, I could stand to lose.." Regan trailed off at the blazing look in our eyes.
"No" I growled "we like your curves and the softness of your skin
I stroked her ribcage, causing her to giggle, "And we love the way you're soft all over l'added, as she glanced at the two uncertainly
"You mean it?" she whispered.
My heart gave a pang. How could this girl be so unsure of herself? So self-conscious? Xavier and I were failing as her mates if we weren't showing her just how much we loved and adored her, She should never question us and what we said. We loved

her. Xavier pressed his lips against hers and then pulled back, a lemn expression on his face.
"You are the most beautiful and stumming girl in the pack," he said, and I couldn't have agreed more
I pushed the bacon against her mouth, gently prompting her. This time she willingly opened her mouth and began to eat. the sight causing me to clench my jaw. The girl had no idea just how seductive an innocent act like that looked. She relazed on my body and I wrapped a protective arm around her waist all three of us began to eat, feeling as though we all
belonged to one another.
