Chapter Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch Changes

My sleep hours were all messed up after my blackout, so I woke at four in the morning and couldn’t get back to sleep. My lady was sleeping on her back, softly snoring away. Cute, ladylike snorkles.

Nobody is perfect, are they?

I slid out of bed without waking her and walked over to the window. We’d left the drapes wide open last night. I closed them so the morning light wouldn’t wake her up. I grabbed my workout gear and swimsuit out of my bag and took them into the bathroom, emerging a few minutes later. I pocketed my phone and room key, then I wrote her a note and headed out the door.

The hotel was quiet as I took the elevator to the basement and the pool. I had it to myself, so I was able to swim laps without bothering anyone. I swam fast, effortlessly slicing through the waters, but the pool was so small I couldn’t let myself go. After twenty minutes of this without getting winded, I got out and changed into my running gear. I walked to the treadmill, but that wasn’t what I needed this morning. I needed the sun in my face and the wind in my hair. I continued to the elevator, going up to the lobby and out the door to the street.

It wasn’t a smart thing to do, but I still took off on my own. The morning twilight was enough to light my path as I set off at a punishing pace for the park. I felt so far beyond good that I don’t know how to describe it. Alive? Energized? Invulnerable? I didn’t just want to run. I NEEDED to run.

It was freedom.

And run I did. My senses were alive, even sharper than before. I would pass people on the trails and pick up scents I’d never noticed before. My ears were picking up conversations thirty meters away like I was standing next to them. My eyes saw everything in sharp detail, and my feet pounded the pavement as I put the miles behind me.

I ran the previous route I’d taken at my fast pace and wasn’t even winded. I kept going past the pond, continuing south and west until the streets forced the trails back to the northwest. I was still going strong as the paved paths carried me past the rear side of the Central Clinical Hospital before turning for home. I sprinted the last two kilometers, finishing up in the parking lot of the hotel.

Even in the prime of my collegiate soccer career, running five days a week plus games, I’d never had a run like this. This speed and stamina I showed this morning are way beyond being in shape. It was beyond Olympic-level running, and I’d barely started training after my accident. And what was happening with my senses? No one woke up one morning to find out their hearing had doubled, even tripled in its sensitivity. My nose was off the hook, with my mind struggling to interpret all the information it was giving me. I looked across the parking lot, and I could read the newspaper at fifty feet.

What the hell could explain this?

I had no idea, but I knew in my gut that the blackout periods had something to do with it.

My heart rate and breathing went back to normal a minute later, so I went back into the hotel lobby and up to my room. Svetlana didn’t move as I walked in. I took a quick shower and slid back into bed with her.

Sleep eluded me, so I thought about what I could do with Svetlana during her time off. If we were always together, Anna wouldn’t have to watch over me unless she wanted to join us. I sat up, stuffing pillows against the headboard while I did some searches on my phone for things to do. Svetlana rolled towards me in her sleep, settling down again with her arm across my hips. I had a few ideas now, but they would have to wait. Svetlana yawned, her blue eyes opening and looking up at me. “доброе утро (good morning),” she said softly.

“How did you sleep, love?”

“Good, except when I woke up to use the bathroom, and you weren’t here. Thank you for the note.” She sat up and stretched, making my breath catch as the sheet fell from her body. Her body was perfection; obviously, God had crafted more than just that ass of hers. She saw my jaw drop and smiled. “Like what you see?”

“Like is too mild a word. Love. Desire. NEED.”

“You aren’t bad yourself,” she said as she leaned over to kiss me. Her hand pushed the covers down, exposing John Junior, who was wide awake by this point and looking to get in the game. She kept the kiss going as her hand encircled my shaft, softly pumping it a few times to check its hardness. “Is this for me?”

“And only you,” I told her as my hands moved to her breasts.

“I’m still a little sore from last night. It’s been a while, and you are more than I’ve had before.”

“I’m sorry I was rough on you,” I said as I cupped her right breast and pinched the nipples.

“I’m not. You made me cum so hard I lost consciousness, and I loved every second of it. You’re not sticking that wine bottle of yours in my ass without some serious preparation, but I won’t leave you like this without my loving attention.” With that, she slid down my chest until her head was resting sideways on my six-pack. I felt her tongue lick around the head of my swollen cock before taking the mushroom head into her mouth.

“Oh, JESUS,” I said as it popped into the warmth and wet. Her tongue swirled around, and she got a few inches into her mouth before stopping and backing up again. She began moving her right hand in concert with her mouth, jacking the base as she lavished attention on the tip. I ran my hand down her side to her pale butt cheeks and back as she blew me. I didn’t last long before I was warning her I was going to cum. She kept it in her mouth, sucking hard and jacking faster until I exploded into her mouth. She swallowed it all, then licked my shaft clean before sitting up again. “That was incredible,” I told her.

She kissed me deeply before getting up and going to the bathroom. I got dressed and made sure the tabs for tickets and reservations were ready as she showered and changed. She came out wearing Capri pants, a thin, flowery blouse, and sandals. “What is the plan?”

“Breakfast first,” I told her as I reached my hand out for her. I was wearing lightweight grey pants and a white golf shirt with tennis shoes since I didn’t like wearing sandals. We left the room and headed for the breakfast buffet downstairs.

“I can’t believe you’re giving this up,” Svetlana said as she waited for her omelet at the cook-to-order station. “You live like a prince!”

“Only because my Mom is footing the bill,” I replied as I put more fruit on my plate. “The previous two months, I was living in a tent on a muddy riverbank in the middle of nowhere Siberia. I guarantee the camp cook didn’t lay out food like this.”

We sat at a table near the window and talked as we ate. I was starving after this morning’s workout, and Svetlana’s eyes bugged out when I came back with my third piled-high plate of food. “Where are you putting that?”

“I’m just hungry this morning,” I said with a shrug. “I need my energy.”

“So do I, but I left some food behind for the others,” she teased.

“I had some ideas for things we could do during your days off unless you want me to surprise you.”

“What is the plan for today?”

“Move into your place, make sure you have enough food for the three of us, and I need to head to downtown Moscow to meet with my lawyer when I can get an appointment.”

“I take back my hesitancy about accepting money for room and board after seeing you eat,” she told me with a smile. We checked out of the hotel and grabbed a cab. After two dates, we were living together.
