Our Journey Back To Love

Chapter 171

Chapter 171

At that time, Stella had felt touched for a long while. Stella wasn’t obsessed with Brian for no reason.

Although he had always been cold and solemn, saying he hated her and wanted her to atone for her sins, he had never beaten or scolded her. Occasionally, he had even brought her gifts from abroad.

Stella had found Brian to be pretty nice. Therefore, she had always looked forward to his return.

It would make her happy even when he had snapped at her sternly and fiercely kicked her out of the

study. She loved to mess with him, hanging around him all day and calling him “Bri” playfully.  Sᴇaʀᴄh thᴇ FɪndNovᴇl.nᴇt website on Gøøglᴇ to access chapters of novels early and in the highest quality.

Unfortunately, the man she wished to love forever had someone else in his heart. Stella’s eyes reddened

as she reminisced.

Brian gently held her in his arms, asking softly, “Why are you tearing up again?”

“I just feel aggrieved. Bri, don’t leave me, please?” Stella hugged him tightly like a clingy child.

Surprised, Brian suddenly felt warm. “Okay.”

Later, the bodyguards got there. They were somewhat astonished to see Brian comforting Stella in the

tree. Never had they seen Brian so patient with anyone.

Seeing this, Mike motioned for the bodyguards to stop moving forward. “Don’t go over there. You guys go and tidy up the villa. I think Mr. and Mrs. Foley will stay at Tarovian Terrace tonight,” he instructed.

Brian sat in the tree with Stella, enjoying the beautiful scenery at Tarovian Terrace, which he had never discovered before. Colorful flowers filled the yard, looking magnificent from a distance.

Brian put Stella’s head on his shoulder. Stella’s heart skipped a beat, and she stared at him. “What are you

doing?”

“Lean on me and enjoy the view.” Brian looked at her.

Stella calmed down. “Have you also discovered our backyard is beautiful?”

Brian hummed. “I used to come here whenever I was tired from studying. I would feel much better after

watching the scenery for a while.”

That was why Stella had come to Tarovian Terrace. Everyone had a safe haven of their own. She would

chill here whenever she was feeling down.

“That’s a relief. I was worried you would be too depressed and couldn’t get over it…” Brian’s eyes.

darkened, and he didn’t continue.

Stella paused. “Did you worry I would commit suicide? She turned her head abruptly, coming so close to

him that she could feel his breath.

Brian stared at her pretty face. “I did worry a little.”

Hearing him admit he cared about her, Stella felt sweet. “I won’t commit suicide. Although I had some

bad thoughts at that time, I overcame them later.”

“I’ll protect you.” Brian ruffled Stella’s hair.

Gazing at him, Stella suddenly felt at ease. “Thank you Bri.” She felt better now, thanks to his rushing over

tonight.

Brian pinched her nose. “Don’t hide again the next time you encounter a problem. Come to me. I’ll settle it

for you

“You will definitely bed me in return. Stella leaned on his shoulder, pouting.

Brian smiled. “Just a sleep can solve the problem. Isn’t it a bargain? What’s more, my appearance and figure are not bad.”

That was true. Stella used to crave his body. Still, she protested, “You’re just craving my body.”

“So what if I am?” Brian enjoyed bedding her. He was interested in her both physically and mentally. Stella was bewildered. “What?”
