Chapter My Toyboy 153
Chapter 153
Jonathan was having no luck with Cynthia. Finally, he stopped talking and led the way ahead, Ethan following behind, and Cynthia bringing up the rear.
As Ethan had calculated, they made it back to the beach in less than half an hour. The rest of the group was already there. Preston was perched by a tree, having climbed it to pluck a few coconuts. He was using a sharp rock, just about to break one open.
Nina sat outside the tent, her gaze fixed on the jungle. Next to her was Alex, trying to make small talk. Abby was inside the tent, touching up her makeup. Jessie was sitting on the sand, drawing circles with a stick, mumbling. Tm so hungry... Everyone was surprised to see three people walk out of the jungle. Nina quickly got up and ran towards Jonathan. "Mr. Bennett, where are your clothes?"
Jonathan's voice was gentle, "I used them to catch fish
Preston, happily holding the coconut, walked up to Cynthia and said, 'Cynthia, look, I got a coconut."
Cynthia was a little surprised. "How did you get it?"
Preston smiled. "I told you I could climb trees, so I climbed up and got it."
Cynthia suddenly felt a pang of regret. She had only casually mentioned wanting coconuts. The coconut trees here were over sixty feet tall, falling from that height would have been disastrous.
Cynthia blurted out, "Preston, are you out of your mind? Without any safety gear, how could you do something so. dangerous?"
Cynthia was furious. She thought of the last time Preston dashed into the road to stop a car. Teenage recklessness was thing, but there was a fine line between courage and recklessness. Preston was stunned by her scolding, his head drooping like a wilted flower
"Cynthia, I thought you'd be proud of me," he mumbled, sounding as pitiful as a puppy.
DILL
"Don't be mad at me," he pleaded, his gaze soft and hopeful, like a little dog begging for forgiveness. Cynthia's heart softened instantly,
"I'm not mad at you. I just got worried about you, Cynthia reassured him gently. She thought, "Sixty feet up, all because of one casual remark I made-what was he thinking? Or rather, was he thinking at all?' Preston's face lit up again. He suddenly leaned over, moving closer to Cynthia. "Then you should pet me if you're not mad."
Cynthia blinked, surprised, but almost instinctively reached out, ruffling his messy blond hair with a small smile.
Meanwhile in the live room chat:

Chapter 153
Jonathan watched the scene unfold, his gaze turning as cold as shuttered ice. Even Nina sensed something was off. Following Jonathan's gaze, she saw Preston and Cynthia's warm, affectionate interaction and wondered, Does Mr. Bennett have an issue with Cynthia, so he doesn't like her being with Preston?" Jonathan said nothing but walked toward the tent with a cold expression.
There were two tents, one for the guys and one for the girls, facing each other and set close together. A small flag made of banana leaves marked the girls' tent.
Some people had already stashed their bags inside, but a few stihad theirs outside. Jonathan stomped over to his suitcase, grabbed it, and headed straight into the men's tent, clearly upset
Just as Abby finished her makeup, she saw this scene. Jonathan wasn't wearing a shirt and he had an impressive physique- exactly her type. Her eyes lit up. Luckily, she hadn't had a chance to pack her suitcase yet.
Abby quickly grabbed her suitcase and walked over to the tents, making her way into the men's tent. Earlier, she had "accidentally" brushed against the flag, subtly shifting it to point in the opposite direction.
Abby wasn't too concerned about the live room viewers catching on. Even if they did notice, it would just look like she accidentally bumped into the flag and mistakenly walked into the men's tent.
Sure enough, as Abby entered the men's tent with her suitcase, the live room chat erupted in a flurry of comments.
[Wait, did Abby go into the wrong tent? That's the men's tent!]
[Isn') Mr. Bennett changing in there? What is Abby up to?]
FlowerSmile [That Abby did it on purpose, just trying to catch jonathan's attention.].
[Why isn't FlowerSmile ranting about Cynthia this time?]
[Come on, don't start rumors! You all saw the flag was pointing the other way, right? Our Abby just got misled.]
Inside, Jonathan had just pulled a black shirt from his suitcase and buttoned it up, leaving only the top two buttons undone at the neck. He heard a noise at the tent entrance and saw Abby entering with a suitcase. Abby's face fell when she saw Jonathan was already dressed. She had hoped to stumble upon a more... revealing moment, something to bring them closer, maybe even catch a glimpse of him in a private setting. Stepping further into the tent, she put on a look of feigned surprise, her voice airy with innocence. "Jonathan, what are you doing here?"
Jonathan's expression was icy, colder than stone. "That's the question I should be asking you."
"This is the girls' tent. Did you get mixed up?" she asked, trying to look innocent and pure.
Jonathan's eyes narrowed, sharper than a blade. "I pitched these terus myself. Do you think I'd forget which is which? Jonathan's patience had run thin. "Get out."
Abby hadn't expected Jonathan to be so cold. She was wearing a carefully chosen outfit-a fitted, floral mini-dress that highlighted her curves with a balance of cute and flirty. But it seemed wasted on him. He hadn't even noticed Reluctantly, Abby tried one last attempt while they were alone. Jonathan, of the four male guests, you're the one I like- "Out!" Jonathan's voice was glacial, cutting off her words.
Abby's eyes began to well up with tears. "Jonathan, why her? What does Nina have that I don't

She took a few steps forward, her tone pleading. Look at me, Jethan
The disgust in Jonathan's gaze was unmistakable. His voice was like ice. "Abby, take one more step, and I'll make you pulled from this show."
Abby's steps faltered. She knew Jonathan could do it. Being on this show was
Jonathan could do it. Being on this show was her shot at transforming her career, moving up from influencer status to reaching a more respected level. Abby had her sights set on acting, on bigger opportunities. This show meant everything. Reluctantly, she bit her lip, her eyes
imming as she looked at Jonathan one last time.
"Out. Don't make me say it again, Jonathan warned, voice cutting
Finally, Abby turned and left. She hadn't gone far when she saw Cynthia walking towards her.
