Mom Don’t

Chapter Mom Don’t 11

Chapter 11

I followed them and lightly landed in the back seat.

It had been so long since I sat with them.

It was always the three of them that went out together.

My mom’s tone was always full of disdain when she said to me. “You always look so lifeless. Even if you go out, you won’t have fun. Don’t go.”

“Wendy isn’t in a good mood today, and we’ll take her out to make her feel better. Don’t tag along. You’ll kill the mood.”

If I tagged along, she would just blame me, “We’ve taken you out. What else do you want?

“Stop being so gloomy.”

I felt bitter as I recalled.

In the past, the three of them always talked and laughed, but this time, they were unusually quiet.

No one said anything.

I landed next to my mom and looked at her quietly, hoping to catch a trace of sadness in her eyes to seek some comfort, but I got nothing.

That made sense.

She must have been glad.

No one ever wanted me, and now, I was gone for good. They wouldn’t see me again.

No one would ever bother her again, and she could love Wendy however she wanted.

Others wouldn’t even have an excuse to accuse her of favoritism.

Chapter 11

When we arrived at the police station, my mom was still calm.

It was like I was a stranger to her.

She did whatever the police who led her told her to do.

“Wendy is a young girl. She’ll get scared if she sees the body. Stay outside with her.”

She asked my dad to stay outside with Wendy and went in to identify my body alone.

As the police took one step forward, she followed suit until she reached the entrance to the dissecting room.

The police told her that my body was found on a deserted. mountain on the outskirts of the city.

My body was originally buried in the earth, but it rained heavily a few days ago, so my body was washed out. It was discovered by a woman who went up the mountain to pick up mushrooms, and she called the police.

I drifted into the room.

It had been ten days. When I saw my already somewhat rotten body, my soul trembled uncontrollably.

I looked so ugly.

I had no idea people looked so ugly after they died.

Although my body had been forensically processed, the stench. was everywhere. Coupled with the rotting flesh, one would feel shocked.

My mom could no longer hold it when she approached me.

She leaned against the wall, bent over, and vomited.

I smiled bitterly. It turned out that whether I was alive or dead, I was always disgusting in her eyes.
