Anna’s POV~

I open my eyes and see my incredible mate watching me…I smiled “stalker” and he grabbed me, tickling..saying “Yes ma’am!” I looked up into his eyes, for a long moment. I said “I love you!” His eyes lit up and whispered “ say it again!” I giggled.. “I love your eyes.. I love your smile..I loovveee your sexy voice…and by the Goddess! I love this body! But more than anything… I simply love you!” He kissed me…a long deep wet toe curling kiss that had me melting..and said “I love you, mi amor!” Then he smacked my ass and told me to get up..we have at least three new members to induct into our pack.

I jumped out of bed…groaning “way to ruin the moment! What’s Axel’s mate’s name anyway? Did he say?” He laughed and shook his head “I don’t think he told us! That would have required him to stop eating her face!” And that struck me funny!

I slipped on a navy blue skater dress and matching wedges and braided my hair…and looked at my mancandy! Yummy! He’s wearing a black Henley and blue jeans with his cowboy boots! Giddy up! He walks over to me and moans into my mouth “I just want to undress you and start all over!” I giggle and tell him Bethany is making me crazy because she wants her Othello in time!

We walk into the office, as he is explaining what happened at Gregor’s pack and saying I need to get to hacking…I was still laughing when the other four of our circle came in! I jumped up and hugged Sabrina and stepped to Axel’s mate introducing myself.. she quietly says “I’m Bonnie” and I smiled “Awww…she’s shy! We’ll cure her” and Axel tells me “You will Not corrupt my mate, Luna!” I laughed and said “Like you could stop me. Pssshh!” And Falcon laughed saying “true story, bro!” And we all laughed! Falcon got the girls sworn in and was explaining their ranks and roles…when a knock sounded. Brady opened it to my aunt and her mate! I walked over and kissed her cheek and then Marcus’s!

After Falcon swore Marcus in he asked “Are you wanting to stay retired, Marcus?” And Marcus answered “No…might there be a position available in the warriors for me?” He seemed so eager and I actually found myself really liking him for my aunt! Falcon responds..”Actually..I need a delta! Someone in charge of all the warriors..able to set schedules for patrol..training..and security! You game?” He choked up and asked “You don’t think I’m too old? I mean, I’m 32!” Falcon laughs and says “And I’m 24…age is a number. I only care that you can do your job!” And Marcus shakes his hand, saying “I won’t let you down..on my honor!”

Falcon said “Great! Now take a seat. You are now part of my inner circle and as such.. I will need you in all pertinent meetings. And this one…is the first of many! We have trouble coming and no idea from whom…or from where!”

Brady whines “It’s going to be a long day!” And my aunt says “Suck it up Buttercup…we were all up all night fucking!” And I choked on my own spit..while all the men were rolling!

Falcon asks Brady..”Where are we on getting the new security cameras up? And has the monitoring center been completed? Gregor told me the plan was to hold me in the cells..while our pack was negotiated with to turn over ‘the girl’ to secure my release. Which is ignorant as fuck! We never negotiate. We aren’t about to begin! Annalise is going to work on hacking Gregor’s computer and getting into his email history. We need to see those emails….Babe..can you see what kind of security system he has? Maybe he has cameras we can get into?” I nodded and pulled my laptop to me.

Axel speaks up..”We know Gregor is a player..albeit a minor one…so, why involve him? And the identity of ‘the girl’ …Are we going on the premise it is Luna?”

Marcus speaks up “At the risk of sounding like a complete fucking idiot…why would our Luna be anyone’s target?” Falcon looks at me with a question in his eyes and I nod..he begins “Luna is the only surviving wolf of her pack. She is the last of her kind…yet the first of her kind. She is a hybrid wolf/spirit wolf. And we believe she is who they were after when her pack was destroyed.. Her father had a contingency plan in place in the event of his death. He was unable to get any intel on his attackers before they struck “

Marcus replies “I thought spirit wolves were myths. How is it possible for her to be both the first and last?” I looked up and said “I’ll handle this one. My mother was Belinda’s sister. A full blood werewolf. My father was a spirit wolf. There were 20 spirit wolves in our pack..not including me. I was kept hidden from other packs..because not only can I shift into my wolf…she can shift herself from me..and walk beside me.” Axel says “What the fuck? I must have been out sick on that lesson day!” And we laughed. I walked over and locked the door..and called Bethany forth. Once she shifted out, I walked back to Falcon and sat on his lap. Bethany made her rounds and came to sit at Falcon’s feet. He reached out and scratched her ears. Marcus says “she’s beautiful!” And she replies “Thank you “ and Axel fell off his chair. Everyone cracked up! He says “She lights up like a fucking glow stick And she talks?” She nods..and responds “I only glow when I want to. I think it makes me pretty!” And I said “That..and she likes to show off!” She snarks “I will bite you!” I laughed “go ahead! It hurts you too!” She looks at Falcon and mutters “didn’t know she was a bitch, did ya!? Betcha regret last night now!” And he roared in laughter…”Is she always like this?” And I shrug “pretty much”.. then I say “Beth! Say buhbye for now!” She mumbles “finnneeee!” And she’s back where she belongs.

Sabrina says “that is sooo cool! I wish Sybil could take walks with me!” I smile and say “She was my only friend my whole life.. we would spend hours just lying around our room in the attic reading..playing cards..she cheats, by the way..so don’t play texas hold ‘em with her…and singing disney tunes. But she starts howling halfway through so I try not to do that with her” Everybody found that funny.

I tell the girls “let’s go prepare some lunch.. we should move to the conference room..I’m in at Gregor’s pack…he has six interior cameras and 4 on each corner of the pack house.
