Chapter 79
Chapter 79 Ms. Humphrey Did It
After Samara finished speaking, she directly walked past Chaim.
Roland glanced at Chaim and said, "Mr. Humphrey, I thought you were a smart person. But now I think that you are blind."
After Roland finished speaking, he smirked and then chased after Samara.
Samara walked back to the banquet hall expressionlessly. Jimena walked over and her gaze fell on Samara's cold and elegant face. She couldn't help but tremble. But soon, Jimena realized what had happened. She asked, "Ms. Novak, the driver is at the door."
Samara came to her senses and nodded. "Let's go."
When Roland entered the banquet hall, he only saw Samara's back.
He showed a smile, and then he followed her. "Samara."
Samara had just left the banquet hall. When she heard Roland call her, she paused slightly and turned to look at him. "Mr. Garza, what's wrong?"
"Are you going back home now?"
"Yes."
She replied, her expression a little indifferent.
After all, what Chaim said was hurtful.
"Let me drive you home. What do you think?"
"No need. My driver is at the door."
Roland glanced at Jimena, who was not far away, and replied, "Okay then."
Samara nodded and turned to walk to the lift.
Roland waved his hand and stood there, watching Samara and her secretary enter the lift. He narrowed his eyes.
slightly.
The driver drove on the road. Samara tilted her head to look out of the window. Thinking of what Chaim had said just now, she frowned slightly.
Jimena, who was at the side, called Samara softly, "Ms. Novak?"
Samara came to her senses and turned to look at Jimena. "What's wrong?"
"The tumors have been found out."
As Jimena spoke, she paused for a moment and glanced at Samara before continuing, "It was Ms. Humphrey who did
it."
Samara was not surprised. She chuckled, "Well, Gloria is quite amazing."
She showed a fake smile.
Jimena wasn't sure about what Samara was thinking. Jimena asked, "Do I need to tell Mr. Novak about it?"
"Of course. Why not?"
They bullied Samara over and over again. Why should she endure it?
"I understand, Ms. Novak."
Jimena quickly sorted out the information and sent it directly to Kadin's secretary.
That night, Kadin's secretary reported the matter to Kadin.
After Kadin hung up the phone, he was so angry that he directly raised his hand and slapped the table. "It's so ridiculous! How dare the Humphrey family treat Samara like that?"
His wife heard the news and came over. She didn't know why her husband was so angry. "Kadin, why are you so angry?"
It had been thirty years since Mary had married Kadin, and this was the second time she had seen Kadin lose his
temper.
Kadin raised his head to look at his beloved wife. Then he said coldly, "This morning, someone posted a photo of Samara having a meal with me. They said that Samara was my mistress. Do you remember it? "Jimena found out that the rumor was spread by Ms. Humphrey!"
Mary was not someone who would endure it if she was bullied. Her family and Kadin had spoiled her so much that she would never suppress her anger. When Mary heard the news, she was angrier than Kadin. She said, "Kadin, ask your secretary to book the plane tickets immediately. I'm going to settle the problem with the Humphrey family tomorrow!"
Kadin had an important meeting tomorrow, but the meeting was not as important as his precious daughter's matter. He replied, "Alright! We'll go to the Humphrey's home tomorrow!"
Kadin picked up his phone again and asked his secretary to book two tickets to Chicago.
When Samara found out about this, she was touched. "Then I'll go pick them up tomorrow." Spread the love
