For a moment, Jaden didn’t know whether he should be happy. 

The pregnancy was fake, and his biggest worry was gone. 

But he wasn’t happy because she had been attacked. 

The assailant used an iron rod and intended to kill, and what if they use a knife next time? 

The police had already caught the person, finding him to be a cleaner. 

The attacker was a cleaner in the company who was engaged back home and had paid over two thousand dollars for wedding fees.

“What?” Ella began while looking at him in shock, wondering if he understood what love meant. 

He repeated, “I love Ella. I want to be with Ella.” 

“Do you know what love is?” Ella asked. 

“Yes, it means wanting to have meals with you for the rest of my life.”
