Chapter CHAPTER 349
Chapter 349
Cynthia was fuming, her chubby little face scrunched up in anger, looking both cute and fierce: “Who did this?”
“It was Flora!”
Odelia, the girl nearly driven mad by the itching powder, glared at Flora, her voice shrill enough to break glass: “It was you!“.
Cynthia immediately shot back, “How could it be Flora? She’s a victim just like us!”
“Oh.”
At that moment, Flora slowly sat up in bed, her eves half–lidded with indifference, casually stating, “The itching powder was mine.”
The room fell dead silent.
“It was you!”
Odelia, itching unbearably, screamed hysterically, “You did this on purpose! I’m going to report you to the school and get you expelled!”
Flora, still lounging against her pillow, looked down at her, “I put the itching powder in my facial cleanser, shampoo, and on my bed. I didn’t use much, so unless you went out of your way to touch my stuff, it wouldn’t have affected you.”
Flora chuckled, “So, what were you doing with my things anyway?”
“I didn’t touch your stuff!”
Odelia’s face turned red with anger and embarrassment, “Don’t change the subject! You admitted to using the itching powder on me, I’m definitely reporting you!”
Flora smiled, “Evidence?”
“You admitted it just now, we all heard you!”
Odelia exclaimed, her eyes wide with rage.
“If their word counts…” Flora squinted and clicked her tongue, “Then tell me, if all the instructors came forward and said you tried to kill me, how would the school handle it?”
Odelia’s heart skipped a beat.
Flora was engaged to the head instructor, and all the instructors at the base had her back. She hadn’t forgotten how, just a few days ago, two girls were sent back to school for badmouthing Flora.
Rumor had it that the school didn’t budge despite the girls‘ complaints.

If Flora got all the instructors involved, she might get expelled for failing military training.
Seeing the panic in Odelia’s eyes, Flora leaned back even more lazily.
“I admire your guts, knowing full well I run this place, and yet you still dared to mess with me. You should know, I don’t need any evidence to kick you out of this base.”
“Flora, don’t be unreasonable.” Jillian frowned, Whether Odelia did what you’re accusing her of is yet to be determined, but you did put itching powder on her, and you owe her an apology”
“Yeah, just because you’re engaged to the head instructor, does that give you the right to bully anyone without consequence?”
“She’s done this before. It’s not the first time. Who wou snagged a man while still in school.”
t be upset? She’s already
The other girls chimed in, clearly harboring resentment towards Flora, naturally siding with Odelia.
Cynthia, with her face still scrunched up, was about to speak when Eilies pulled her back, signaling her to stay quiet.
Cynthia was too naive and quick–tempered, often getting used by others.
Flora was capable enough without their help.
Odelia was panicking. The girls speaking up for her were just venting, but she was the one who had to worry about herself.
She was scared Flora might actually kick her out of the base. Her family was poor, and she needed the scholarship; her record couldn’t afford a stain.
“Do you want to ruin my life?” Odelia looked at Flora, her eyes red with resentment and hatred.
The words she uttered were both harsh and mournful.
