Class Act: Chapter 31
for our home. The living room was filled with curtains, bedspreads, rugs, and kitchenware, and I almost burst into tears. Our house was still bare. We’d bought the main furniture, but they would be delivered over the next couple of days.
With everything he’d purchased, I worried he’d spent way too much money.
“What are you thinking about?” Abe wrapped his arms around me from behind and nuzzled my neck.
I smiled and closed my eyes, basking in his presence and how at ease and happy I was with him.
“I’m thinking there’s only one fool in this world like you.”
Abe chuckled. “Did you just call me a fool?”
“You’ve bought a lot, Abe. Your life would be so much simpler if you hadn’t tried to help me all those times. Now you’re doomed to spend the rest of your life with me.”
“Then it’s a good thing I don’t mind the doom.” He bit and sucked on the side of my neck, and I tilted my head back to his chest to let him have his way. “I’ll gladly be a fool for you, Emmy, my love.”
“Who knew a jock could be so sweet and affectionate?”
He snapped his head back. “Is that the way you see me? As a jock?”
“You coach football, don’t you?” I spun in his arms and slipped my hands under his shirt. “Besides, I’m not complaining. You’re hot, Coach. Am I really the only student who’s ever been bold enough to hit on you?”
“Yes. I wouldn’t have allowed it if it had happened.”
“Then why me?”
“You’re special.”
I leaned forward and licked his neck. “I’m going to take a shower. If you want to show me how special you think I am, come and find me.”
“Be careful what you wish for, Emmy. You just might get it.”
I grinned over my shoulder. “That’s what I’m hoping for. I want to get it so hard.”
“I’ll give you a head start.”
I’d brought up my toiletries earlier. While the water ran hot, I prepped for Abe, then stepped under the shower. I was soaping up when he came in behind me and closed the sliding door.
“Here, let me.”
He put the bottle of lube on the shelf where the shampoo and conditioner were and took the bar of soap from my hand.
Abe lathered up his hands and teased my body, rubbing his soapy fingers against my sensitive spots. He circled my tight nipples, making them ache, then dipped down my chest, over my stomach, and toward my cock.
When Abe circled my hardness with his hand, I blew out a deep breath and moaned. He was plastered against my back, his cock poking me. I rubbed against it.
“Emery.”
“Yes?”
“I don’t want to use a condom with you anymore. Is that okay?”
I stiffened for a second but then relaxed. This wasn’t just a man. This was Abe. My Abe. The man who loved me most. I nodded.
“Are you sure?”
“I’m positive, Abe. I want to have that with only you.”
“It’s just that I worry sometimes.” He slipped a hand behind me, inched his soapy finger between my cheeks, and probed at my hole.
“Worry about what?”
“That I’m taking advantage. You’re young. So young.”
“Being young doesn’t stop what’s in my heart, silly man.”
His hard kiss caught me off guard. Before I could catch on, he released me. “First, I’m a fool, and now I’m silly. What next?”
Abe pushed a finger inside me, and I gasped. “Said with affection,” I reminded him.
“Do you know you’re the complete package for me, Emery? Sexy, sweet, fun, but knows when to be serious. You’re loving—so damn loving and warm. Turn around.”
I presented him with my back. He kissed my nape and my shoulders while palming my ass. I shuffled my feet apart to grant him access. He slipped two fingers inside me and slowly stroked in and out.
“Abe.”
“Yes, baby?”
“That feels so good.”
“Yeah?”
“Hmm.” I bumped my hips to his probing fingers.
“You prepped yourself for me,” he said.
“Yes. Less work for you.”
He chuckled. “So impatient.” He removed his fingers and took the lube. After coating his cock, he rubbed his fingers over my hole.
“Abe,” I whined and twitched my butt.
“Yes?”
“You’re taking too long.”
He slipped a hand around me and cupped my cock. “Do I need to teach you patience?” He squeezed.
“Not today. Please.”
“Because you’re too pretty to say no to.”
I knew I was above average in looks. Men had told me a million times, but when Abe said it, it felt different. Special.
The head of Abe’s cock strained against my muscles as he entered me. Bareback. We were skin to skin. Nothing to separate us anymore.
I’m never going back.
Abe pulled back and thrust inside me with one fluid movement, filling me up. I gasped. He stroked my cock and nudged me forward until I was up against the glass wall.
“Hold on tight, baby.”
I braced myself and arched my back. He grasped my hips, clutching me tight against him. He rocked into me with powerful thrusts, his pace unhurried but purposeful and demanding. My hands slipped along the wet glass as I hung on for the ride.
“So damn beautiful.” Abe kissed my neck. “I’m glad I didn’t have this with anyone else before you, Emmy. God, do you even know how much I love you?”
“I love you too.”
He rested his palm over my racing heart.
“Do you swear it’ll only beat for me?”
“Yes. Only you.”
“I want to see you.” Abe pulled out and turned me around. “Up.”
I hopped up his body, and he caught me by the thighs, then pressed my slick back against the glass and settled me down onto his cock. I wrapped my arms around his neck to steady myself and clamped my lips on his, moaning at the way he filled me up quickly.
With each pounding thrust, my back slammed into the glass. Abe picked up the pace, and the smack smack of flesh hitting flesh echoed in the small space. We kissed wildly like our love was—unbridled and untamable now that we’d had a taste of what it meant to roam free.
Abe grunted, his body going rigid with each thrust. His hands tightened on my skin, and he clamped his eyes shut as he detonated, filling me with his seed.
“Fuck.” He let out a puff of breath.
I slicked his wet hair back from his face with one hand. “Good?”
“Better. I’m going to put you down now.”
He slipped out of me, and I clenched my cheeks. Abe lowered me to my feet and got to his knees.
“Abe, I don’t really need to come.”
But his lips were already wrapped around my dick. Maybe I needed to come after all. I placed a hand on top of his head, gripped his hair, and thrust my hips.
He let me. He let me use his mouth to get off.
“Abe,” I moaned, my breath hitching. “Finger me.”
Abe released my cock and held his fingers up. “Get them wet.”
Oh god.
I leaned down and sucked his fingers into my mouth, coating them with saliva. Abe spun me to face the glass and spread my ass cheeks. He shoved two fingers inside my ass while he wrapped his other hand around my cock and jerked me off.
“Abe,” I gasped and pressed a hand against the glass. “Oh god, Abe.”
He fingered me roughly, the squelching sound of his digits meeting his cum a sexy melody. So good. So fucking good.
“I’m gonna come.”
I cried out and clenched my fist against the glass. Cum shot onto the surface and slowly trickled down. I collapsed back against Abe, who wrapped his arms around me. Shudders racked my body.
“Shh.” He rocked me against him and kissed the back of my neck, whispering soothing words of love until I no longer felt like such a hot mess. “Did I hurt you?”
I shook my head.
“Are you sure?” He stroked my back gently. “I was so rough with you and you still have bruises from your fight with your dad.”
“Abe, do you trust me?”
“Yes.”
“I’m fine.” I placed my head on his chest and heard the erratic beating of his heart. “Abe.”
“Hmm?”
“I’ll always love you.” Irrational fear clawed its way into my chest, and I struggled to breathe. “No matter what happens, you’re my forever home.”
“Nothing’s going to happen. Everything will turn out fine. You’ll see.”
After washing up, we got dressed, then packed away the things we’d bought. We spent the rest of the evening putting up curtains, unpacking our kitchen utensils, rolling out rugs and mats, and hanging wall frames. While Abe worked on setting up the television, I created a place for us to sleep with the blankets.
When I returned to the living room, he had the TV mounted on the wall above the fireplace. He beamed at me over his shoulder.
“The TV’s all set, but we won’t be able to use it until someone comes to hook up the cable and internet, which might be a few days.”
I wrapped my arms around his waist. “I can be patient.”
He dropped a kiss on top of my head. “Are you hungry? I’m starving.” He smacked his forehead with his hand. “Emery, we forgot groceries. I’ll have to—”
“You’ve done enough today, Abe. Why don’t I order us a pizza? My treat. We’ll hook up your laptop to the TV and watch a movie and relax.”
“Okay. Tomorrow I’m off work, so I’ll get the groceries.”
“Yeah? You took the day off?”
“Hmm. I have to meet with Teresa and our lawyers to discuss the divorce arrangements. My lawyer proposed trying to settle out of court.”
“How do you feel about it?”
“I’m not sure yet. Teresa won’t make it easy for me, but I’m still hoping she’ll come around.” His eyebrows knitted. “I mean, we didn’t have a miserable marriage, but we weren’t happy either. Everything was just staid. We both deserve better than that.”
I squeezed his hand. “Let’s hope for the best.”
What else could we do?
The delivery service was quick with our pizza. We ate on the living room floor with an upturned empty box as our table. I never felt like anything was missing. Not when I was sitting across from Abe in our own home.
We watched another movie, me sitting in the V of Abe’s legs. He would kiss my temple for no reason or caress my arm or slip a hand under my shirt and stroke my tummy. Little affectionate impulsive gestures he didn’t seem to realize he was doing.
“Did you get homework?” Abe asked when the movie ended.
I wanted to lie and say no, but I couldn’t do that, so I nodded. I did my homework at the kitchen table—at least the owners hadn’t removed that—while Abe washed up the plates and cups we’d used by hand. The dishwasher wouldn’t be delivered until the following week.
“If you’re finished, we’ll go to bed.” Abe kissed my shoulder.
“So soon?”
“It’s past ten, and we’ve had a big day. Not to mention you have class tomorrow.”
“I am a little tired.”
Half an hour later, though, when we’d settled on the blankets in our bedroom, I couldn’t sleep and it had little to do with the hard floor beneath us. I lay curled up against Abe with my head on his chest.
“Abe,” I whispered.
“Hmm?”
“Do you think we’re bad people for what we’ve done?”
“No, we’re not. Do I wish it could have gone another way? Yes, but whatever we do, someone is going to end up hurt.”
“I’m going to be known as the one who wrecked your home.”
“There’s no home without you in it, so what do they know?”
I sighed. “Ninety percent of the time, I don’t think we’re bad people for falling in love. But then there’s the ten percent that says karma will get me for stealing someone’s husband.”
“You didn’t steal me. I walked away.” He lifted my hand to his lips and kissed the back of it. “And whatever happens, I’m here to face it with you. Now close your eyes and go to sleep.”
“I’m afraid to.”
“Why?”
“I‘m afraid that when I wake up, this will all be a dream, and I’ll wake up alone.”
“Don’t worry so much. Sleep. When you wake up, you’ll see for yourself that it isn’t a dream. I’m not going anywhere.”
