Broken 'N' Loved

Alpha Michael POV

As we head to my office with this rouge that showed up on my land. I make sure to watch his every move because rouges can be sneaky as well as nasty. We walk into the pack house, we are greeted by some of the pack members, they look at the guy weird. We usually do not let rouges into the pack house for safety reasons. Kelly seems to trust him, so I am going to go by her for this considering she did not trust us right away when she came here.

We get to my office, I open the door, and let everyone in. The rouge stands by one of the couches and keeps his head down. Kelly sits down next to Amy and James. I look up the Rouge, "Ok, start talking. What are you doing here? who are you? and how do you know Kelly?" He takes a deep breath and looks up at me, "I am here to warn you about Alpha Jack and his plan. It may have nothing to do with any of you, but it has a lot to do with Kelly and me. I used to work for Jack a long time ago so I could get paid. He asked me to do something that I did not want to do so he threw me in the dungeons. A few years passed since I was in there and then a guard came down and threw this little girl in the cell with me. At first, I did not understand why he threw her in with me until her cent hit my nose." I look at Kelly to see she has tears in her eyes from remembering memories of being there, When I look back at him, he is looking down at Kelly, I tell him to continue. He sighs again, "My name is Darrick. I am Kelly's older brother." I hear everyone gasp at the news. Next thing i see is Kelly flying off the couch and into Darrick's arms.

After everyone settled down Darrick started to tell us all that has happened since Kelly got out. Jack apparently has been collecting wolves, He said he does not know why though. Kelly then looks up at her brother, "Do you know if all the people that were down there have rare coats or not." Darrick thinks for a minute, "I know of one person in the dungeons when I was down there, but I do not know about the other ones. Why?" I look at Kelly, to see where she is going with this. Kelly looks at Darrick and then me, "When I was down there and Darrick was taking a nap, a guard brought a young male down to the dungeons. He looked scared and out of place. He had a smell to him that I have never smelled before. So, my guess was he was from a different state. He stopped and looked at me, the guard hit him so he would move, the guard told him that "Just because she is like you does not mean that she can help you, now move" at first, I just pushed it off but as time went on more and more showed up. I think my theory about him selling rare coats to the hunters is true. if he gets enough coats, he could get to be the richest wolf in the country." Darrick looked at her then me and back at her, he had anger in his eyes.

I sat down behind my desk, "Ok, so why are you other than to get Kelly?" He looks at her then me, "Well, since Kelly is here. I am waiting for the time he comes here to get her. The problem with that though is he won't come himself. He will either send Beta Josh or one of his secret runners. If he sends the runners, they will be in and out before you can even blink an eye." I nod my head at him and look at Kelly. She is currently being comforted by Amy and Christy. James looks at me, "What if we strike first?" I shake my head at him, " That would be a good idea but that would also start a war that I do not want to start." He nods his head in agreement. I look at everyone, "Ok, the plan is that everyone is to be trained in high alert and be on the lookout. Kelly is not to go anywhere without someone with her. Do we all agree?" everyone nods their head and heads out of my office. I head to the Alpha chamber with Kelly and Darrick. He will sleep there till I can fix a room for him.
