“Aiden was here this morning,” Hunter said that casually, as he put on his tunic and then his pants, he seemed didn’t have any
scrupulous with Lilac’s presence and was fine to see him even n*ked. This guy was very weird. No, he was not only a random
guy, he was an alpha
Only if Lilac was not this shock to hear that Aiden had been here this morning, she would have ogled at him, but right now, her
mind was not function properly, as she prodded him with more question.
After the incident this morning. Hunter asked the old lady, who helped to bring the dress for her last night, to help cleaning up her
mess.
Even though. Hunter looked so appalled and disgusted by what he was seeing, he made sure Lilac got a fresh and clean dress
for her to change, so she wouldn’t be in her own vomit. He also helped her to the bathroom, where he offered his help to clean

answer all of her question. “He came here to look for you.”
Lilac’s eyes widened when she heard that and Hunter enjoyed the sight of her. This woman was very expressive, like an open
book, but then, he remembered that was how she used to be

“Of course, I told him that you are here.” Hunter even grinned when he said that, which made Lilac screeched like a banshee.
“What? I am a good person and I don’t like to lie. After all, I am the alpha, shouldn’t an alpha give a good example?”
Lilac grabbed the pillow and was ready to throw it at Hunter after what he said, but thankfully, her mind. worked faster and
reminded her that she couldn’t do that, no matter how annoying this man was, he was still the alpha from the lycan pack and she
would only bring more trouble for herself.
She was already in so much trouble because she clawed him last night, she was not sure what this cunning man would demand
next if she tried to hurt him again.
“What did you do that?!” Lilac screamed, she felt the anger mixed with annoyance, it surpassed her sadness because of the
situation between her and Aiden.
It seemed, the longer she spent her time with Hunter the more she forgot about her problem with Aiden. but not in a good way,
because this man had brought the worse in her.
On the other hand, Aiden folded his arms in front of his chest and smirked, he had seen it. He had seen. Lilac’s attempt to throw
the pillow at him, but she stopped herself in time.
Therefore, he wanted to know, whether she could keep her cool if he provoked her further.
“Why not? That’s the truth. I told him I took care of you and he didn’t need to come, you will go back on your own when you woke
up.”
Lilac gasped in frustration, as she pulled her hair in distress, she couldn’t handle this alpha lycan at all.

“Oh, and I told him that you were sleeping in my room, unconscious.”
“What?! What did you say?!” Leah couldn’t believe with what she heard. “No! No way!”
“What is it? Is it a big problem for you if you sleep over in my place?” Hunter tilted his head and Lilac couldn’t tell, whether he
was genuinely not knowing what was so wrong with his action, or he faked it
“Alpha Hunter!” Lilac wanted to cry and shout profanities at him at the same time, but Hunter actually was very calm when he
faced her frustration. “I have a mate!”
“You mean that wasted of breath of a man?” Hunter asked innocently, but there was nothing about him
that was innocent.
Lilac closed her eyes, as she tried to remember what luna Jasmine taught her about to keep her emotion in check and at this
moment, it really helped her to be more coherent when she spoke again. “Alpha Hunter, you can’t do this. Even though my
relationship with my mate is not good right now, but I am still his destined mate, there was no rejection between us and for me to
sleep in your bed is unacceptable!”
“But, that’s the truth. You have been sleeping on my bed the whole night and vomit on me in this morning and now you are
shouting at me.” Hunter walked closer, approaching her and sat down on the edge of the bed. “I have never felt so humiliated in
