Chapter 22
Let's see, show me the ring. -Tamara runs up to Kara as the flat doors open, grabs her hands and frowns when she doesn see a huge stone glinting in her hand. She gazes at it for an explanation; the she-wolf just looks at the Don, who runs a hand over the back of his neck. No shit, beast, are you forcing her? -He gives her a dirty look for the way she addressed him. Don't look at me like that. You better get off your a*s and go get a big rock for her. -She glares at him.
- haven't had time,” she snaps.
But you sure have f***d a lot of times,” he scolds. The she-wolf blushes. That proves everything. Chu, chu...” She points: the door for the engagement ring. The Don rolls his eyes, exits the flat and avoids throwing her off the terrace. Now, my darling, tell me everything. Is he forcing you? -He pulls her by the hand to lead her to the sofa.
-At first, yes, but not anymore.
Tamara doesn't understand what he means by that.
Explain.
-1 didn’t want to do it before, but now I've changed my mind and I want to get married. Besides, she's already explained t me why it's such a rushed wedding.
The girl nods.
“Well, sweetheart. I'm glad you agree. Now let's go with some agents to make the party. Tomorrow Licky will be here to tal your measurements for a dress fit for a fairytale princess. She grabs her bag.
Together and escorted out of the flat.

-I think it's the right time for you to buy Tamara’s ring announces the Don as he scans the various engagement rings in t display case and thinks about which one will be right for the she-wolf.
Fer looks at him, undecided.
-1 don't know. -His hand goes to the back of his neck, nervous.
-Fer, you and she have been together since you were eating your boogers, so I don't see what you're waiting for to propos “Tamara will accept, if you think she’s going to turn you down. Take an engagement ring forged in white gold and encrusted with diamonds. It's small and sophisticated. What do you think? -He shows it to her.
It will fit her and describe her as she is.
She nods, for Fer is right.
The ring isn't that extravagant. Kara is not an eccentric woman, but sophisticated, delicate and beautiful, so it will fit perfectly on her hand.
-It's your turn,” she encourages the man to buy the ring.
How will I propose to her? -He looks at the rings.
“You just ask her and that's it. -He plays it down and frowns.
-For God's sake, man, Tamara's right to call you a beast. How did you ask Kara? -He turns to look at him as the clerk searches for other designs.
-1 just told her we were getting married. Why would I ask her for anything? -Fer rolls his eyes. And, about the beast thing, Tamara came into my room at an unexpected moment and saw me doing some things. -Her right hand glares at him. Don look at me like that. I was in heat, and that's a very painful thing to do.
Fer grimaces at the memory of when he explained what it feels like when a male of his kind gets jealous. He and Samuel are the only ones who know the Don's true nature. They have always loved him as he is, though they have never seen the real him. They have only seen the colour of his eyes when his anger is too great and he feels like jumping on the neck of the person who provokes him. However, he once stole the last piece of her favourite cake and witnessed her get so angry that she almost killed him, but Samuel arrived in time and calmed the beast.
-How did she take it? Wait, don't tell me, because I guess she took it badly and rejected you. The Don nods. You must do again.
-Don't think I'll do cheesy things,” he growls.
The clerk freaks out.
Do it for her. ~The Don curses in Italian because Fer always knows where to throw his stones. Good choice. I'll book you a nice hotel.
-0n one condition. -A wicked smile forms on his face and Fer knows that nothing good is coming. You and I...

“I think that table design would be perfect,’ he points to the tablet.
-But if you add these napkins with these tablecloths.
-Great. Tamara looks at what they've chosen. Without a doubt, it will be the most beautiful wedding in all of Sicily.
Tomorrow, after Licky takes your measurements, we'll go for the tastiest part of the wedding: the food. Speaking of food,
saw a restaurant across the street. Let's feed those little ones, otherwise the Don will throw me off the terrace.
Escorted, they go to the restaurant. Kara orders one of her favourite dishes since she arrived in sicily: lasagne.
The meal goes by in complete peace and quiet.
Tamara spoils her with a few desserts and then orders one for the way back. Williams is always close by, doing his job as her bodyguard.
-Right, Tamara, this is Williams, a friend I made.
The young woman raises her eyebrows and gazes at the boy; he is a beautiful man in plain sight.
The beast lets you have friends? She can't believe it.
With all due respect, Miss Tamara, I'm not into women, and I think that's why the Don allows this friendship.
Tamara's mouth drops to the floor as she discovers the s****1 orientation of the stallion in front of her.
-Boy, come, sit with Mommy,” she points to the chair next to her. From now on, we're the perfect threesome. -She lifts the straw of her drink to her lips. His two companions laugh. Mind you, not to be nosy or anything, but later I'll ask you to tel me how straight the mansion’s bodyguards are. They guffaw at his curiosity. Don't laugh, 1 just want to know who I'l allo to see my boy naked after a long gym section.
“You're so jealous, but don't worry, Mr. Fer doesn't shower with others.
Tamara breathes a sigh of relief.
“What about the Don? asks the she-wolf and puts a spoonful of her sweet in her mouth.
“Much less. They don't even train with him, unless he asks.
He nods.
They talk about the wedding and some ideas Williams gives them.
