Chapter Part Three-Half Hydra
It was like I was in paradise
The stars guided me through the darkness,
And I knew that nothing could be better than this.
My hair whipping in the wind, and the stars made it gleam
This ride was definitely better than any of my dreams
All my problems melted as I sat in this glowing ride
And nothing could erase my big, wide smile
We suddenly came to a halt,
And I almost screamed as the stars moved away but still lingered near
But then I realized I could float in the air
And I moved from here to there.
There were so many constellations in front of my eyes,
It felt like I was part of the galaxy,
And out of the dark
Even my wounds had healed,
And the view was bizarre.
Aquarius, Orion, Pisces and Virgo
Ursa Major, Gemini, Aries and Scorpio
Phoenix, Andromeda and Capricorn too.
And all kinds of other ones filled the sky with it’s own unique blue.
No troubles occured when I was close to the stars.
All of which stretched all the way to Mars.
The stars had saved me from the treacherous, blinding light.
For the darkness was nothing to be afraid of.
There was never a need to cry.
For when a speck of light comes, then that is more than enough.
And I learned an important lesson today,
One that I’ll always remember.
To open the gates,
Don’t be the monster.
Be the star that shines brightest.
And work with the blackness,
Because stars can’t shine without darkness.
